★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even during covid times you need to give your keys for their drivers. They overcharged me saying my rente Citroën c3 is a large car so €4/hour. My wife had to pick a few things from the car when we arrived and they were very impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply horrible! Uncomfortable feeling right from the beginning. After unloading our luggage one of the employees ran over it with another car!!
You are forced to leave your car key there because the garage is so packed, they need to move your car every few minutes (Very rough as well!!).
It gets even worse: Your car is parked in Neutral and without handbrake so they can push it until it touches the wall!
NEVER EVER LEAVE your car here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organized and quite affordable for napoli! You have to give the keys to the staff working there and they’ll safely park the car in the garage. Don’t worry about scratches. I haven’t had any one.
In my opinion this is the safest way to park your car close to the center in Napoli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no recommendation, we drove to the parking garage in a minivan, when we drove in we asked for the prices, they told us 4 € / h. In the end we had to pay 5 € / h. The employee was rude and couldn't even speak a word of English. We weren't allowed to pay by card. In short, this parking garage is a complete rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the mess to park is just because of the city plan itself and the cruel lack of space...I was not confortable with the idea of giving them the keys, but in Napoli it seems we don't have much choice. They do accept credit card and comply with the agreed price which is something quite seldom in this city! Anyway I noticed that when I tried to pickup the car, as a woman, they did not pay any attention to me. So we switched and my husband came and then ...magic...the car was outside in 5 minutes! Amazing how a northern country like Italy may remain such a macho society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly suggest you don’t bring a car to Naples. But if you do 1. get the smallest car you can 2. Use google maps over waze or others 3. And park at Super Garage. These guys were great. It’s a struggle to make the circle around the block downtown to reach these garages but once you get there you pull in and they will take your car from there. And it’s an easy pull in to valet park vs other garages we tried. We had a brand new rental with no scratches compared to all the other cars and they returned it scratch free. Cost us $25 every 24hrs. We stayed for 3 days. Went to Pompeii one day from Naples. We thought we’d be fine with a medium compact car coming from USA and San Francisco City experience but it’s tough to drive a new car here and not expect to get scratched or be hit by all the Vespa’s passing you. Super happy with the service at this garage. Much better reviews then the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think from the Garages I have seen in Naples this is one of the better ones. Unfortunately my car had a small scratch, but I cannot prove it is from there. So I did not mention it. Generally fares are ok and the staff is nice. The condition of the garage is really good
