★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato lo scorso anno 11 tende a schermo solare e purtroppo alcuni meccanismi sono risultati difettosi. Il rivenditore di zona ha smontato le tende difettose e le ha portate personalmente dalla provincia di Lecco a Bologna per la riparazione. Dopo 15 giorni la riparazione non è ancora stata effettuata; a questo punto ho chiamato direttamente in ditta per avere spiegazioni e sono stato trattato come non mi era mai successo nella mia vita, oltretutto senza sapere niente delle mie tende. Sconcertante!
I bought 11 sunscreen tents last year and unfortunately some of the mechanisms were found to be defective. The local retailer dismantled the defective blinds and personally brought them from the province of Lecco to Bologna for repair. After 15 days the repair has not yet been carried out; at this point I called the company directly for explanations and was treated as I had never before in my life, moreover without knowing anything about my tents. Disconcerting!

Pagato prima, TUTTO, hanno sbagliato la fornitura e poi si fanno negare !!
Mai tuttavia dare per scontato un cliente e credere che questo sia piccolo o estemporaneo... La differenza la fanno le persone e nel mio caso, una figura chiave ha pensato bene di "salvaguardare" prima solo il suo ruolo e la sua immagine che affrontare il problema in modo giusto e normale!! Ritengo che a volte basterebbe semplicemente dire ad un cliente SCUSI, HO SBAGLIATO (soprattutto davanti alle evidenze) piuttosto di insistere nel farlo passare come piccolo e stupido !!
Peccato, soprattutto per voi e per la parta sana dell'azienda !!

PAID first, EVERYTHING, they made a mistake in the supply and then they are denied !!
However, never take a customer for granted and believe that this is small or impromptu ... The difference is made by people and in my case, a key figure has thought well to "safeguard" first only his role and his image to face the problem in a fair and normal way !! I think that sometimes it would be enough to simply say to an EXCUSED customer, I WAS WRONG (especially in front of the evidence) rather than insist on passing it off as a small and stupid one !!
Too bad, especially for you and for the healthy start of the company !!
