★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location stupenda, con tantissima luce naturale e curata in ogni dettaglio, più unico che raro da trovare a Bologna. Si vede la cura che i titolari ci mettono in questo posto .
Cibo ben fatto, dal tradizionale allo sperimentale, noi ci andiamo spesso sia per colazione che per pranzo.
Servizio ineccepibile.
Comodo per il parcheggio, ed è davvero a 2 passi dalla città, quindi se si è nella zona est di Bologna, ma non solo, è d'obbligo passarci.
Consigliatissimo insomma.
Wonderful location, with lots of natural light and attention to every detail, more unique than rare to find in Bologna. You can see the care that the owners put us in this place.
Well done food, from traditional to experimental, we go there often for both breakfast and lunch.
Flawless service.
Convenient for parking, and it is really 2 steps from the city, so if you are in the east of Bologna, but not only, it is a must to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conclusione della serata a tema presso la Fondazione Cirulli, abbiamo usufruito dell’aperitivo presso questo bellissimo locale, dal design accattivante ed innovativo. È un tipico bistrot-ristorante dove ci si può fermare per una colazione, un pranzo, un aperitivo o una cena. Dal bancone è possibile vedere le preparazioni della cucina. Menù scritto su piccole lavagne. Ampia distesa sul giardino. Dopo l’aperitivo, abbiamo cenato. Cibo ben presentato, ma da migliorare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono.
At the end of the theme evening at the Cirulli Foundation, we enjoyed an aperitif at this beautiful venue, with an attractive and innovative design. It is a typical bistro-restaurant where you can stop for breakfast, lunch, an aperitif or dinner. From the counter it is possible to see the preparations of the kitchen. Menu written on small blackboards. Wide expanse of the garden. After the aperitif, we had dinner. Well presented food, but needs improvement. Good value for money.

Ho provato uno dei due aperitivi proposti, molto buono lo spritz e il cibo, nonostante non fosse quello che avevamo richiesto, avendo ordinato alla cameriera quello più economico dei due, infatti arrivate in cassa i conti non ci tornavano, ma alla fine siamo uscite soddisfatte lo stesso, soprattutto perché molto buono e sostanzioso.
Locale pulito, bagni curati.
Do 4 stelle giusto per il servizio, altrimenti sarebbero state 5.

I tried one of the two proposed aperitifs, the spritz and the food were very good, although it was not what we had requested, having ordered the cheaper of the two from the waitress, in fact, when we arrived at the cashier, the bills did not return, but in the end we went out satisfied the same, especially because it is very good and substantial.
Clean room, well-kept bathrooms.
I give 4 stars just for the service, otherwise it would have been 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale arredato in maniera eccellente, moderno e dal sapore milanese; con un’ottima esposizione al sole grazie alle grandi vetrate, “Sulla via Emilia” si presenta come una chicca in mezzo al panorama culinario della zona.
Il menù è curato nei dettagli e le proposte non sono mai banali, tutte eccellenti. Nella foto ho scelto di mostrare uno degli ultimi piatti mangiati, un filetto di tonno davvero eccezionale.
A completare il tutto si aggiunge un servizio curato ed attento ad ogni cliente.
Che dire, un posto consigliatissimo!
Excellently furnished, modern and with a Milanese flavor; with excellent sun exposure thanks to the large windows, "On the Via Emilia" looks like a gem in the midst of the area's culinary panorama.
The menu is studied in detail and the proposals are never banal, all excellent. In the photo I chose to show one of the last dishes eaten, a truly exceptional tuna fillet.
To complete it all, there is also a careful and attentive service to each customer.
What can I say, a highly recommended place!
