★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Restaurant verspricht Spitzengastronomie und scheitert daran komplett. Die Gerichte sehen optisch zwar spektakulär aus, geschmacklich reicht es aber bei weitem nicht aus, um in der obersten Liga der besten Köche mitzuspielen. Die Geschmacksnuancen der einzelnen Gerichte sind überhaupt nicht ausgewogen - jedes Mal macht ein dominanter Geschmack alles andere auf dem Teller tot. Dabei sind die Ideen hinter den Gerichten auch nicht besonders gut. Hier stehen optische Effekte auf den Teller über allem - es wäre toll, wenn diese Kreativität in den Geschmack investiert würde.
Das Timing ist ausgesprochen schlecht - 80 Minuten nach dem Betreten des Ladens bekamen wir endlich den ersten Gang. Die Weinkarte ist völlig überladen und angeberisch. Und in Corona-Zeiten in zwei engen Stuben ohne Belüftung dicht an dicht mit anderen Gästen zu sitzen sollte verboten werden!
The restaurant promises top gastronomy and fails completely. The dishes look spectacular, but the taste is by far not enough to play in the top league of the best chefs. The taste nuances of the individual dishes are not at all balanced - each time a dominant taste kills everything else on the plate. The ideas behind the dishes are not particularly good either. Optical effects on the plate are paramount here - it would be great if this creativity were invested in taste.
The timing is downright bad - 80 minutes after entering the store we finally got first gear. The wine list is completely overloaded and boastful. And in Corona times, sitting close to other guests in two narrow rooms without ventilation should be forbidden!

Piatti spettacolari, servizio eccellente super professionale, Marika con la sua simpatia ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio, descrivendo nei minimi dettagli ogni calice di vino ed ogni piatto. Credo manchi poco alla Stella Michelin, ma per quanto concerne la nostra esperienza siamo già a livelli altissimi. Abbiamo scelto il menú da 5 portate con abbinamento vini, ma c’è anche un menú con due portate in più.
Not a simple dinner but a sublime journey through raw materials of the highest quality, wines paired with each course, and the passion and commitment of the people who take care of everything. Spectacular dishes, super professional excellent service, Marika with her sympathy made us feel at ease, describing in detail every glass of wine and every dish. I think the Michelin Star is shortly missing, but as far as our experience is concerned we are already at very high levels. We chose the 5-course menu with wine pairing, but there is also a menu with two more courses.
