Partendo dalla location che richiama molto i vicoletti di ostuni e ti sembra di essere in vacanza anche se non lo sei.
I piatti sono squisiti, preparati con raffinatezza, anche un semplice panino diventa una squisitezza. Abbiamo mangiato un polipo teneressimo con contorno di patate cotte a puntino. Per non parlare dei panzerotti con tartare di tonno, o di quello con mandarle toste che sono stati divini.
Non passate da trinitapoli senza fare una sosta qui.
In ultimo, e non per importanza, dal titolare allo staff, sono tutti genitlissimi e si respira aria di casa. Bravi ragazzi!

Starting from the location that recalls the alleys of ostuni and you feel like you are on vacation even if you are not.
The dishes are exquisite, prepared with refinement, even a simple sandwich becomes a delicacy. We ate a tender octopus with a side of potatoes cooked to perfection. Not to mention the panzerotti with tuna tartare, or the one with tough treats that were divine.
Don't pass by Trinitapoli without stopping here.
Last but not least, from the owner to the staff, they are all genitlissimi and there is an air of home. Good guys!

Consigliato per il luogo e per scambiare qualche chiacchiera in compagnia.
Nice and cozy place. Nice staff, but cocktails not on top and the laughs seemed a little old.
Recommended for the place and for chatting with friends.
