Es kam dann auch ein Mann vorbei um sich die Maße zu nehmen, damit das Fenster ausgetauscht werden kann. Seitdem (über Jahre) haben sie sich aber nicht mehr gemeldet und jegliche Mails werden einfach ignoriert. Also sehr schlechter Kundenservice und somit keinesfalls zu empfehlen! A window was damaged in the year it was installed. Then a man came by to take the measurements so that the window can be replaced. Since then (for years) they haven't contacted us and all emails are simply ignored. So very bad customer service and therefore definitely not to be recommended!

V	Verena Arnold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Vertreter vom Raum Bruneck hat uns vor Abschluss des Vertrages mehrmals täglich angerufen, als dann der Auftrag zugesagt wurde, kam nichts mehr von Seite des Vertreters. Wir mussten ständig anrufen, um überhaupt ernst genommen zu werden. Es wurden Lieferdaten versprochen, im Nachhinein wurden wir als Lügner dargestellt und laut Vertreter war ein viel späterer liefertermin vereinbart. Mahnungen zu den Rechnungen werden sehr schnell verschickt, obwohl deffekte Fenster noch nicht ausgewechselt waren. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Zudem ist die Qualität der Fenster auch nicht so großartig, bei uns waren mehrere Scheiben komplett auszutauschen und einige zerkratzt. Sobald dieser unterschrieben war, hat man nichts mehr von ihm gehört. Es war ein ständiges betteln, damit er sich um die vereinbarten Sachen kümmert. Fünf der gelieferten Fenster wiesen Mängel auf (Kratzer und Schlieren zwischen den Gläsern), diese wurden der Firma als auch dem Vertreter bereits im November letzten Jahres mitgeteilt und bisher wurde immer noch nichts gemacht, laut Auskunft des Vertreters wären diese "kleinen Kratzer" normal... Aber Mahnungen zu den noch offenen Rechnung haben sie fleißig geschickt. Ich kann die Firma absolut nicht weiterempfehlen! Five of the windows that were delivered had defects (scratches and streaks between the glasses), these were reported to the company and the agent back in November last year and so far nothing has been done, according to the agent these "small scratches" are normal. .. But they diligently sent reminders about the outstanding bills. I cannot recommend the company at all!

Mai fatto vivo, inviata mail di sollecito dopo mesi e non ha nemmeno risposto. Questi sarebbero quelli bravi, mica come “italiani di italia..” Request for inspection sent at the end of 2021 to change a window or two ... we are almost in May 2022 and the representative has evidently never passed into the assigned area. Never showed up, sent a reminder email after months and didn't even reply. These would be the good ones, not like "Italians from Italy .."

Lui ha riordinato subito finestra mancante e cornice danneggiata. A distanza di 5 mesi né lui né io riusciamo ad avere almeno notizie sullo stato dell’ordine. Consiglio di ordinarle solo se si abita vicino alla fabbrica. The windows are excellent, but the retailer had forgotten to order one and had damaged another in transport. I recommend ordering them only if you live near the factory.
