★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein liebenswerter Empfang durch den jungen Chef persönlich, welcher auch die ausgefallene Steakkarte bis ins kleinste Detail erklärte. Dann die Vorspeise: ein Rhonen Knödel von einer noch nie gegessenen Konsistenz, ein zarter Flaum, einfach traumhaft, wir hätten mehrere von den Knödelspezialitäten probieren sollen, dann die Steaks: eine Qualität vom allerallerfeinsten, butterweich, zart, einzigartig im Geschmack und dazu perfekt nach Wunsch gebraten!!Dazu als Begleitung frisch gegrilltes Gemüse, hausgemachte Süsskartoffelpommes und Wedges.
Es war wirklich ein kulinarisches Erlebnis und jeden Umweg wert!!!!!
 A lovely welcome from the young boss himself, who also explained the unusual steak menu down to the smallest detail. Then the starter: a Rhonen dumpling of a consistency never eaten before, a tender fluff, simply fantastic, we should have tried several of the dumpling specialties, then the steaks: a quality of the very finest, buttery soft, tender, unique in taste and perfect after Fried on request!! In addition, as an accompaniment, freshly grilled vegetables, homemade sweet potato fries and wedges.
It was really a culinary experience and worth every detour!!!!!

highly recommended. Quality, service, price, everything is perfect. Whether the boss serves himself or the friendly waitresses, everything fits. We will be pampered at Moretto's the next time we visit Gais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel locale, ampio e molto pulito. Titolare giovane ma preparato e gentilissimo. Ottimo l'antipasto di bruschette e molto buoni anche i canederli misti con crema di formaggio. Torneremo per gustare la carne alla griglia che è la specialità del locale.
Nice place, large and very clean. Young but prepared and very kind owner. The bruschetta appetizer is excellent and the mixed dumplings with cream cheese are also very good. We will return to taste the grilled meat which is the local specialty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war wirklich hervorragend! Das Fleisch einfach Butterzart mit perfekten Röstaromen. Einfach alles auf den Punkt inkl. Vorspeisen, Dessert und dem tollen Service! Ein absoluter Zufallstreffer auf meiner Reise durch die Dolomiten.
That was really great! The meat is just tender as butter with perfect toasted aromas. Simply everything in a nutshell including starters, dessert and the great service! An absolute chance hit on my trip through the Dolomites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen war ganz gut und der service sehr freundlich und flott. Leider hätten wir uns das Ambiente ein bisschen rustikaler vorgestellt da es sehr an ein Hotel-Frühstücksraum erinnert.
The food was very good and the service was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, we would have imagined the ambience to be a bit more rustic, as it is very reminiscent of a hotel breakfast room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo buonissimo ?. Carne veramente buona. Antipasto particolare. Servizio eccellente. Chiari nelle spiegazioni e molto gentili. Prezzo proporzionato alla qualità del cibo ed alla quantità. Cosigliatissimo.
Unica cosa che cambierei è l’arredamento della location che lo renderebbe un ristorante favoloso. Ma è un consiglio non una critica. Ci tornerei comunque. Buonissimo.
Yummy food ?. Really good meat. Particular appetizer. Excellent service. Clear in the explanations and very kind. Price in proportion to the quality of the food and the quantity. Highly recommended.
The only thing I would change is the decor of the location which would make it a fabulous restaurant. But it is advice, not criticism. I would stay there again anyway. Very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A below average hotel kitchen trying to come of as a high end steak house. Way over priced for small portions and poor execution. My girlfriend ordered a burger medium cooked and to our surprise they managed to burn the patty on the outside while the interior stayed completely raw and cold. I love medium and medium raw meat, but this was in the state it came from the butcher + a black crust.. You would expect from from a steak house. The restaurant ambiente is underwhelming and while the staff is very nice and tries their best, they were simply understaffed and not up to the task in general. Big disappointment overall.
