My driver picked me up on time, and was very friendly.
The trip was pleasant and we were even 10 minutes earlier at the airport.
I can therefore only recommend this company!

The company didn't send me as promised an sms with the conformation of the departure time the day before. As it was Saturday, I called the emergency number (it was written, that the client has to call, if something like this happens). They told me the bus would come 50 minutes earlier. Obviously I asked why, as it was not what I was promised when I booked it and was very inconvenient (it was at 6:40). "Sie haben nix zu diskutieren!" - was a very grumpy answer - "It's not up to you to object!". Fine, didn't know I signed up the army contract and lost my right to chose and ask questions. I would have returned the ticket, but the company protectected itself legally. It is written on the ticket with very small letters that they reserve their right to change the time. It would not surprise me if somewhere else it is written that they are not responsible neither for the safety of your luggage nor yours! After all, they all do have lawers to cover the basics of the complaints.To sum up, if I hadn't called, I would have missed my bus and I wouldn't have got the refund. And I'm not even talking about the possibility to miss you plane in other cases. If the company makes a mistake, you as a client are responsible to fix it. And by the way, the sms with the phone number of the driver the day of the departure didn't arrive either. And as a reward you get yelled at and hanged up on! Super service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the service for a trip from Innsbruck to Trento. Although, my driver was a bit late, but he was inform me about his delay 30 minutes in advance. The driver was very friendly and I am satisfied completely with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend NOT to use this shuttle. Here is why: according to their schedule, they were supposed to pick me up at 6.25; ten minutes after that, a driver calls me and tells me he would be "a little late" but that he should make it until 7. He finally arrived at 7.25, exactly 60 minutes after the scheduled time.
An SMS I had send the day before regarding the specific time was never answered by the company. The driver actually did not know his way around Trento, he had to activate the navi in order to find the way to the highway.
All this for a price of €80 is more a ripoff than a serious business. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the van from Merano going to Malpensa airport. Time of pick up and drop off were spot-on; no delay or issues at all. Driver was very friendly and drove professionally. We also had a quick toilet/coffee-break. I can recommend it!!!

My ride started at 5am with a baby - the driver came 30min late, without baby car seat (which I booked) and the car smelled like someone had been smoking inside.
“Luckily” we were able to use my personal baby car seat and the driver made up for the 30min by driving way above speed limit - so I made my flight.
BUT: while I was waiting between 5am and 5:30am I called the so-called hotline (aka the owners personal phone number), who told me 2 times the car was only 5min away. The 3rd time I called he was swearing at me and hung up!
As a result I sent an e-mail to complain and ask for a refund - the e-mail wasn’t answered until today (3 days later) and no refund received.
As a note: the driver was incredibly friendly and a great individual - but what company treats its customers like this?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Sudtirol shuttle for quite some time now - twice a month due to work. I love the fact that they pick you up or drop you off from any address you request, meaning you are eliminating the need of having someone fetching you from the train station or bus station. The cars are always clean and the drivers are very friendly and polite. If there is a delay - the driver has always notified me as early as possible. There are times where I couldn't make it due to my flight being canceled and there was never an issue of rebooking. As a side note, I usually take the shuttle in the middle of the night, and I appreciate it that the lights never go on or that the doors aren't open for too long for the cold to come in. Overall a very great service and thank you to the friendly staff!!!
