★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La segretaria (spero nuova...perchè della vecchia ne conservo un buon ricordo) deve rivedere un pò l'approccio con i clienti: ho chiamato perchè ho un grosso mal di mola esteso a mezzo volto (che non si placa neanche con i farmaci) e mi è stato detto "se ne parla a metà Dicembre" e al mio semplice e spontaneo dire "nel frattempo come faccio con il dolore?" La risposta della segretaria è stata con tono pungente : "purtroppo abbiamo un grave problema... non abbiamo ancora clonato il dottore" . Zero assistenza. Ho salutato e chiuso per non risponderle male. Non ho neanche accennato ad insistere di volere un appuntamento immediato, non è da me e capisco la situazione, quindi una risposta così se la poteva risparmiare. Bastava chiedere se volevo comunque l'appuntamento, darmi indicazioni telefoniche, altro era superfluo ed estremamente insensato e poco professionale.
 The secretary (I hope new ... because I keep a good memory of the old one) has to review a little the approach with the customers: I called because I have a big sore mola extended to half face (which does not subside even with drugs ) and I was told "we're talking about it in mid-December" and to my simple and spontaneous saying "in the meantime how can I deal with the pain?" The secretary's answer was sharply: "unfortunately we have a serious problem ... we haven't cloned the doctor yet". Zero assistance. I said goodbye and closed so as not to answer badly. I didn't even mention to insist that I want an immediate appointment, it's not like me and I understand the situation, so an answer like that could have been saved. It was enough to ask if I still wanted the appointment, to give me telephone directions, other was superfluous and extremely senseless and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di professionalità e arroganza sono le caratteristiche riscontrate presso questo studio medico, Quando l'arroganza lascia il posto al tono ironico e al tentativo di ridicolizzare dei genitori preoccupati e bisognosi di delucidazioni prima di affidare la propria figlia minorenne alle mani di un medico, allora non è assolutamente accettabile e l'unico consiglio che si può dare è cambiare mestiere.
Lack of professionalism and arrogance are the characteristics found in this medical office.When arrogance gives way to the ironic tone and the attempt to ridicule worried parents in need of clarification before entrusting their minor daughter to the hands of a doctor, then it is absolutely not acceptable and the only advice you can give is to change jobs.
