★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente negativa, mi reco presso l'ufficio per fare la carta d'identità per mia figlia minorenne, mi dice l'impiegata che ha sbagliato e ha bloccato la mia e non la può sbloccare. (È Normale?) Quindi di conseguenza ho dovuto rifare anche la mia carta d'identità.
 Absolutely negative experience, I go to the office to get an identity card for my underage daughter, the employee tells me that she made a mistake and has blocked mine and cannot unlock it. (Is this Normal?) So consequently I had to redo my ID card as well.
