Avevo comprato un vestito nel 2016, il giorno del ritiro mi sono accorta che era rovinato ma non potevo fare niente visto che il matrimonio di Mia sorella sarebbe stato il giorno dopo!
....
Mi sono recata qualche giorno fa con una mia amica per due vestiti, dando di nuovo fiducia al negozio!.
Ma dopo di questa non ci andrò più.
La commessa che usa termini come '' tesoro, gioia, bella'' con tutte le clienti ma oltre quello non sa fare di più, non sa consigliare e dopo che ti fa vedere due vestiti dice' 'noi abbiamo SOLO questo' '(con un negozio pieno di vestiti, semplicemente si secca farli vedere).
Comunque i due vestiti che abbiamo preso con la mia amica, dopo la prima prova per accorciarlo/stringerlo uno dei due vestiti era evidentemente rovinato nel corpetto , lo facciamo presente e la commessa dice che sarà pensiero suo dirlo alla sarta.
Torniamo per la prova aspettiamo più di un'ora una sarta che alla fine non si presenta. Prendiamo un altro appuntamento, arrivate sentiamo parlare altre clienti che aspettano una sarta (che non verrà.... '' Non è mai successo'' dice la commessa ?).
Comunque riusciamo finalmente a prendere le misure per accorciare/stringere il vestito.
Dopo una settimana andiamo a ritirarli per vari nostri motivi non lo proviamo lì.
Arrivate a casa lo proviamo e tutte e due i vestiti non sono stati accorciati con la giusta misura!..
In più il vestito della mia amica presenta ancora il difetto nel corpetto.. Secondo la commessa basta stirarlo ??
Cadremo al matrimonio?! Ve lo diremo dopo il 22 agosto.
Per certo so che io non ci tornerò più!!!!

I bought a dress in 2016, on the day of the retreat I realized it was ruined but I could not do anything as my sister's wedding would be the day after!
....
I went a few days ago with a friend of mine for two dresses, trusting the store again !.
But after this I won't go there anymore.
The saleswoman who uses terms like `` darling, joy, beautiful '' with all the customers but beyond that she can't do more, she doesn't know how to advise and after she shows you two dresses she says `` we have ONLY this '' (with a shop full of clothes, it just gets annoyed to show them).
However, the two dresses that we took with my friend, after the first try to shorten / tighten it, one of the two dresses was obviously ruined in the bodice, we do this and the saleswoman says that it will be her thought to tell the seamstress.
Let's go back for the test and wait more than an hour for a seamstress who doesn't show up in the end. We make another appointment, when we arrive we hear about other customers who are waiting for a seamstress (who will not come .... '' It never happened '' says the saleswoman ?).
However, we are finally able to take the measurements to shorten / tighten the dress.
After a week we go to collect them for various reasons we don't try it there.
Arriving home we try it on and both dresses have not been shortened to the right size! ..
In addition, my friend's dress still has the defect in the bodice .. According to the saleswoman, just iron it ??
Will we fall at the wedding ?! We will tell you after August 22nd.
For sure I know that I will never go back !!!!
