★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale svogliato. Poca scelta e magazzino nullo. Le scorte di latte Humana finiscono in pochissimo tempo e non si sa mai quando riforniscono. Menomale che esistono alternative.
Listless staff. Little choice and zero stock. Stocks of Humana milk run out in no time and you never know when to restock. Luckily there are alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo raccontare cosa è successo qualche giorno fa. Ovviamente siamo tutti consapevoli delle restrizioni che abbiamo avuto in questo periodo (in attesa del 4 maggio), quindi giovedì scorso mi reco al.punto vendita insieme a mia moglie e miei 2 figli,non avendo a chi lasciarli (uno di 3 anni e una di 2 mesi) per fare degli acquisti inerenti generi di prima necessità per i bambini,tra cui anche vestiario (sopratutto per la.piccolina). Bene, dopo un attesa di 40 Min fuori (si entrava uno alla volta), arrivato il nostro turno il commesso ci blocca e ci dice che eravamo troppi. Chiaramente essendo un nucleo familiare, non mi sembrava il caso di dividerci ed entrare uno alla volta anche noi. Nonostante ciò il commesso fa accomodare fuori dal punto vendita me e la.bambina nel passeggino senza preoccuparsi minimamente di ciò che dovevamo fare. Li per li faccio polemica ma aspetto fuori. Dopo un quarto d'ora esce nuovamente mia moglie dicendomi che nel negozio c'erano solo altre due persone. Capisco il periodo che stiamo vivendo, ma in questa occasione, colui che rappresentava un negozio per le famiglie, ha pensato bene di lasciare fuori metà famiglia (dimenticavo di dire che ovviamente avevamo tutti i dpi necessari). Questa per me è stata una notevole caduta di stile e di sensibilità del personale e di ciò che rappresentano, che ha portato alla perdita di clientela (per quanto mi riguarda) e alla cattiva pubblicità da quel momento in poi. Per me il negozio non merita nulla se le famiglie sono trattate in quel modo
I wanted to tell what happened a few days ago. Obviously we are all aware of the restrictions that we had in this period (pending May 4), so last Thursday I go to the sales point together with my wife and my 2 children, having no whom to leave them (one of 3 years and one 2 months) to make purchases relating to basic necessities for children, including clothing (especially for the little girl). Well, after waiting 40 minutes outside (we entered one at a time), when our shift arrived, the salesman stopped us and told us that we were too many. Clearly being a family unit, it did not seem appropriate to divide us and enter us one at a time. Despite this, the shop assistant makes me and the baby sit in the stroller outside the store without worrying about what we had to do. There for them I make controversy but I wait outside. After a quarter of an hour my wife comes out again telling me that there were only two other people in the shop. I understand the period we are living in, but on this occasion, the one who represented a shop for families, thought it well to leave half the family out (I forgot to say that obviously we had all the necessary dpi). This for me was a noticeable drop in style and sensitivity of the staff and what they represent, which led to the loss of customers (as far as I am concerned) and bad publicity from that moment on. For me, the store doesn't deserve anything if families are treated that way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito. Su due piani. È presente un ascensore per accedere alla parte superiore se si è con il passeggino o su sedia a rotelle. Purtroppo il personale è poco e spesso si creano file alla cassa. Fortunatamente si tratta di una decina di minuti di attesa. Essendo in un piccolo centro commerciale, è presente un grande parcheggio sotterraneo che evita di confrontarsi con la grande confusione del parcheggio selvaggio che c'è sulla strada.
Well-stocked shop. On two floors. There is an elevator to access the top if you are with a stroller or wheelchair. Unfortunately, the staff is small and often lines are created at the checkout. Fortunately, it's about ten minutes of waiting. Being in a small shopping center, there is a large underground car park which avoids confronting the great confusion of the wild parking on the street.
