Sei mesi fa ho acquistato una confezione del formato Fusion o Business e il riso era crudo. Immangiabile. Mi fece così schifo che per sei mesi ho acquistato il prodotto in altri magazzini (ottimo quello di Carrefour confezionato da cuochi giapponesi davanti al cliente). Passato qualche tempo, il ricordo della brutta esperienza si è un po’ sbiadito e oggi ho acquistato di nuovo una confezione del vostro prodotto formato Snack. Risultato: non acquisterò mai più i prodotti di Suami Sushi perché la brutta esperienza si è ripetuta. Questa volta anche il salmone era un po’ secco. Capite bene che, al di là del gusto, la poca cura nel lavorare il riso fa venire il dubbio che sia la stessa nel lavorare il pesce. E la vendita di un prodotto a base di pesce crudo è basata sulla fiducia. Quella che a me manca totalmente, oggi, nei confronti del vostro prodotto. After some time, the memory of the bad experience has faded a little and today I purchased a package of your Snack-sized product again. Result: I will never buy Suami Sushi products again because the bad experience has been repeated. This time the salmon was also a little dry. Understand well that, beyond the taste, the lack of care in processing rice raises the doubt that it is the same in processing fish. And the sale of a raw fish product is based on trust. What I totally miss today about your product.

Evidentemente avevano finito il pesce, perché il protagonista principale di tutta la composizione era lo zenzero, proposto in tutte le salse. Non so se è un problema vostro o di come lo mantengono nei supermercati, sta di fatto che me ne sono pentita di non aver fatto quei km in più per andare al Carrefour.
