★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Particolare ed originale ristorante fusion Sushi brasiliano...i piatti sono di qualità e curati..personale molto gentile anche troppo non si fà in tempo a finire la portata che ti tolgono il piatto...e questo a volte può mettere a disagio.
Considerando il fatto che i piatti sono "alla carta" e molto elaborati non ci si può aspettare certo un conto da all you can eat, ma sicuramente é una cosa che si deve mettere in conto.
Particular and original Brazilian Sushi fusion restaurant ... the dishes are of quality and cared for .. very kind staff, even too much, does not have time to finish the course that they take away from you ... and this can sometimes make you uncomfortable.
Considering the fact that the dishes are "à la carte" and very elaborate, you certainly cannot expect an all you can eat bill, but it is certainly something that must be taken into account.

Sul Sushi che dire…spaziale. La materia prima davvero fresca e gli accostamenti azzeccatissimi. Ormai sono una certezza, bravi!
I have been to them several times and on each occasion it has been a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is very nice and the dining room staff are attentive and polite. What can I say about Sushi… space. The really fresh raw material and the perfect combinations. Now they are a certainty, good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestamente non capisco come si possano scrivere recensioni negative su Rolinho Sushi Fusion. Ma in fondo, grazie al cielo, c'è un detto che recita: "Non posso piacere a tutti. Mica tutti hanno buon gusto!".
Rolinho è sinonimo di ricercatezza ed eleganza. Dalle sapienti mani ed idee di ragazzi giovanissimi, coraggiosi e intraprendenti, rappresenta una vera innovazione. Materie prime di qualità, idee sempre nuove, gusto estetico, fanno sì che i piatti di Rolinho siano un'esplosione di sapore sempre nuova e sorprendente. Rolinho è un'esperienza, un viaggio attraverso i ricordi di terre lontane, che sia affacciano all'Italia e sfidano il palato, per un pranzo di lavoro, una cena con gli amici, un evento che stupisca, un'emozione che rimanga per sempre.
I honestly don't understand how one can write bad reviews about Rolinho Sushi Fusion. But in the end, thank goodness, there is a saying that goes: "I can't please everyone. Not everyone has good taste!".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione totale…in centro a roma sicuramente non mancano i ristoranti di sushi, ma ho voluto provare questo perché le recensioni erano buone e anche le foto. Carino da vedere in effetti ma totalmente insapore, tonno puzzolente, non fresco… roll composti da tanto riso e poco pesce… riso insapore e duro. Ho trovato anche un capello… insomma ve lo sconsiglio
Total disappointment… in the center of Rome there is definitely no shortage of sushi restaurants, but I wanted to try this one because the reviews were good and the photos too. Nice to look at in fact but totally tasteless, smelly tuna, not fresh… rolls made up of a lot of rice and a little fish… tasteless and hard rice. I also found a hair ... in short, I do not recommend it

Le pietanze non mi hanno convinto fino in fondo, tutto buono ma con qualche "dubbio".
Tartare di gambero rosso arrivata della grandezza di poco più di una moneta, quando l'ho fatto notare mi è stato detto che purtroppo non avevano sufficiente disponibilità della materia prima. Mi è stato anche detto che non l'avrebbero fatta pagare per intero... Apprezzabile gesto, ma forse gestita male in cucina, io un piatto così non l'avrei fatto uscire.
Cheesecake scomposta molto deludente, vabbè che doveva essere scomposta, ma la parte di biscotto è praticamente ridotta ad una polvere cosparsa sulla crema che non riesce a replicare la sensazione di croccantezza della sua controparte "non scomposta".
Tra l'altro questa moda di fare le cose scomposte, furbetteria utilizza in cucina per semplificare il servizio e la conservazione, personalmente mi ha davvero stufato.
Nonostante non sia stato male, per mio gusto personale, non credo ci tornerei.

The dishes did not convince me completely, all good but with some "doubts".
Red prawn tartare arrived of the size of little more than a coin, when I pointed it out I was told that unfortunately they did not have sufficient availability of the raw material. I was also told that they would not have charged it in full ... An appreciable gesture, but perhaps mismanaged in the kitchen, I would not have let a dish like this out.
Decomposed cheesecake very disappointing, oh well it had to be broken down, but the biscuit part is practically reduced to a powder sprinkled on the cream that can't replicate the crunchy feeling of its "not broken" counterpart.
Among other things, this fashion of making things messed up, cleverness uses in the kitchen to simplify the service and storage, personally I was really bored.
Although it was not bad, for my personal taste, I don't think I would go back.

Ordered for the first time with delivery… excellent service and super friendly and attentive staff. Delivery on time and done with care! Everything arrives organized in boxes, you open them and ... MAGIC! Rolls presented as if you were in a restaurant, beautiful and super colorful. The food is simply great, fresh and the flavors explode in your mouth. We were really surprised, we didn't expect so much quality in a delivery! Super recommended, we will order again without a doubt !!
