★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera a tutti volevo informarvi che questo negozio lo trovate anche su Amazon e vende articoli ....vi racconto il mio accaduto acuisti 4 racchette da Beach tennis per un importo di 116€ parte il pagamento e mi arrivano le mail di spedizione avvenuta ...dopo di che il giorno dopo vengo contattato Proprietario ho ricevuto una mail su scritto che per un errore l’articolo che io avevo acquistato non era non le racchette ma bensì dei costumi. quindi loro mi hanno spedito dei pantaloncini senza che io lo sapessi senza aver dato nessuna misura invece delle racchette contatto Amazon a sua volta contatta il negoziante dicendogli quello che era accaduto alla fine il negoziante scaricava la colpa ad Amazon ed Amazon scarica La colpa al negoziante alla fine ricevo un rimborso consolo scritto rimborso per il reso dal cliente è vergognoso vendere un articolo per un altro e spedendolo con l’inganno ora provvederò con l’associazione consumatori e con il mio legale volevo A tutti far presente che questa attività e poco seria e andrò fino in fondo per capire di chi è la responsabilità dato che loro se ne sono lavati le mani con il rimborso creandomi a me un disagio buona serata a tutti e fate attenzione a SUsport

Invece che rimediare all'errore ovviamente loro, non sono raggiungibili, non rispondono alle email, non rispondono al telefono. Se non sapete vendere online continuate a vendere solo in negozio che vi conviene.

Acquistato un paio di scarpe sul loro negozio ebay per un regalo, alla data prevista di consegna ancora non erano state spedite, non hanno mai risposto ai messaggi perché (ho saputo dopo) la signorina addetta era in ferie. La stessa signorina, maleducata e indisponente dopo giorni ha risposto al telefono dicendo che le scarpe in realtà non c'erano, che mi dovevo arrangiare e che a lei, che era stata in ferie senza aggiornare la disponibilità dei prodotti, non importava niente del mio problema e del fatto che non avrei ricevuto il regalo che avevo acquistato, con relativo disagio causato. Diffidate e rivolgetevi ad altri rivenditori. Gente poco seria.

Il rimborso a distanza di settimana non c è mai stato!!!!! E ora nessuno risponde più! Molto molto bravi complimenti.....
