Mi sono presentata all'improvviso in un orario purtroppo di servizio pranzo chiedendo un aperitivo e nonostante li ho messi in difficoltà mi hanno fatta stare benissimo e mangiato davvero un aperitivo wow
Polenta con prosciutto che si scioglieva in bocca, manzo in sala rosa, torta fritta, fette di salame e patatine, tutto a €7 da tornare assolutamente e lo consiglio davvero.

I suddenly showed up at a lunch service time, unfortunately, asking for an aperitif and despite having put them in difficulty they made me feel great and ate a really happy aperitif wow
Polenta with prosciutto that melted in your mouth, beef in the pink room, fried pie, slices of salami and chips, all for € 7 to be returned absolutely and I really recommend it.

Great dinner and very friendly staff. A good way to end the day with original and tasty dishes. I definitely enjoyed the tagliolini. Recommended for a nice casual dinner. The restaurant is nice and comfortable. To try!

Personale cortese e professionale, menù variegato e ricco di piatti della tradizione. Parmigiano Reggiano stagionato 24 mesi eccezionale così come i dolci fatti in casa dalla proprietaria.
Conto non elevato e commisurato all'alta qualità dei prodotti.
A few steps from the large Salsomaggiore park, the restaurant benefits from the nearby parking in via Roma.
Courteous and professional staff, varied menu rich in traditional dishes. Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 months exceptional as well as the homemade desserts made by the owner.
Account not high and commensurate with the high quality of the products.

Il locale é semplice, personale gentile e molto professionale.
I piatti sono buoni, realizzati con cura.
Solo i prezzi me li aspettavo un po’ più contenuti, ma vista la posizione bisognerebbe aspettarselo.
Excellent restaurant in the historic center a stone's throw from the Thermae of Salsomaggiore.
The restaurant is simple, with kind and very professional staff.
The dishes are good, made with care.
Only the prices I expected them to be a bit more contained, but given the location this should be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena eccezionale! Siamo stati alla stuzzicheria a Salso il 27 Settembre. Locale davvero molto curato sia internamente che esternamente, personale molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile e cameriere molto simpatico. I piatti che abbiamo preso, tutti davvero ottimi e particolari con ingredienti locali veramente ottimi e soprattutto tutto quanto fatto in casa da loro. Abbiamo preso due antipasti differenti accompagnati da un calice di vino bianco consigliato dal cameriere, tosone spadellato su crema di cipolle e l'insalata di campo con caprino, entrambi i piatti davvero gustosi e originali, come primi il savarin(risotto) ai porcini con spalla cotta di San Secondo e un tagliolino (fatto in casa) dello chef con zucchine e culaccia(spaziale!!), uno più buono dell'altro, un secondo diviso in 2, la Rosa di Parma con patate al forno, molto particolare ma veramente sublime.
Per finire come dolce un tiramisù al pistacchio eccezionale!!
Cena eccellente, prezzo nella media e porzioni perfette, nel complesso tutto ottimo!
Ritorneremo sicuramente anche per un aperitivo, grazie di tutto, super consigliato a chiunque, anche se di passaggio fermatevi, merita di essere provato !! Complimenti !!
Outstanding dinner! We went to the appetizer in Salso on September 27th. Very well-kept place both internally and externally, very friendly, helpful and polite staff and very nice waiter. The dishes we took, all really excellent and special with really excellent local ingredients and above all everything homemade by them. We took two different appetizers accompanied by a glass of white wine recommended by the waiter, tosone sautéed on onion cream and the field salad with goat cheese, both really tasty and original dishes, as first the savarin (risotto) with porcini mushrooms with shoulder cotta di San Secondo and a tagliolino (homemade) by the chef with courgettes and culaccia (spatial !!), one better than the other, a second divided into 2, the Rosa di Parma with baked potatoes, very particular but really sublime.
To finish as a dessert an exceptional pistachio tiramisu !!
Excellent dinner, average price and perfect portions, all in all very good!
We will definitely be back for an aperitif too, thanks for everything, super recommended to anyone, even if you stop passing by, it deserves to be tried !! Well done !!
