Direi anche che le stelle che ho a disposizione da assegnare sono poche 5, io (Daniele Berré) ne darei almeno 10 a Stura elettrodomestici, da segnalare per questo esercizio un ottima preparazione sui servizi telefonici mobile, grazie al loro tecnico Leonardo e alla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale.
I've been using them for a long time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da Stura nel mese di settembre una Mi tv stick, purtroppo è una decina di giorni che non funziona. L'ho portata all'assistenza da Stura ma me l'hanno restituita dopo 5 giorni ancora non funzionante e mi hanno detto di riportargliela la prossima settimana che controlleranno meglio. Intanto io pago gli abbonamenti! Assistenza pessima!!!! Nessuna disponibilità a risolvere i problemi!!!! Mai più acquisti presso di loro!!
I bought a Mi tv stick from Stura in September, unfortunately it hasn't worked for ten days. I took it to Stura for assistance but they returned it to me after 5 days still not working and they told me to bring it back to them next week and they will check it better. In the meantime, I pay the subscriptions! Bad assistance !!!! No willingness to solve problems !!!! No more shopping from them !!

Small shop but fully equipped, very helpful and prepared staff.
