Matteo, nella figura di Personal Trainer, ha saputo ascoltare le mie richieste, consigliarmi e strutturare allenamenti mirati (e mai noiosi!!) seguendo sempre le mie esigenze. La palestra è curata e ben fornita di attrezzi di svariato genere. Ulteriore punto positivo la continuità degli allenamenti in modalità online anche durante la chiusura causa Covid. Sono molto soddisfatta dei risultati e della professionalità trovata in Matteo, 5 stelle meritate. I needed help building muscle after a heavy weight loss. Matteo, in the figure of Personal Trainer, was able to listen to my requests, advise me and organize targeted (and never boring !!) workouts always following my needs. The gym is well maintained and well equipped with various kinds of equipment. Another positive point is the continuity of training in online mode even during the closure due to Covid. I am very satisfied with the results and professionalism found in Matteo, deserved 5 stars.
