A gym with very very competent and helpful staff. Frequented by quiet people. Very spacious. With small spa area. It is "my" ideal gym. For me it's the best around here

Pleasant environment, clean and with trained staff. Available instructors, kind and capable in several disciplines. The spa area completes what with modern equipment makes it the top gym in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pulizia e l'igiene sono pessimi, alcuni materassini sembrano una copia della Sindone tanto sono impegnati di sudore stantio mentre le attrezzature, il pavimento, le docce, insomma tutto avrebbe avrebbe bisogno di una bella ripulita. Alcuni istruttori sono bravi, poi c'è quello che vuole fare il simpatico ma non ci riesce. Pregio principale :è l'unica struttura con un minimo di attrezzatura della zona.
Cleanliness and hygiene are bad, some mats look like a copy of the Shroud so much they are busy with stale sweat while the equipment, the floor, the showers, in short, everything would need a good cleaning. Some instructors are good, then there is the one who wants to be nice but can't. Main advantage: it is the only structure with a minimum of equipment in the area.
