★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sia che siate neofiti, sia che siate degli esperti, se cercate un luogo curato e accogliente, con il giusto numero di allievi, dove poter essere seguiti, accolti, guidati e stimolati nella vostra pratica yoga, allora avete trovato il posto che fa per voi. L'insegnante Valeria Dragone è sempre molto gentile, super preparata e in continua formazione, il che da la sicurezza di non rischiare mai la propria salute durante l'attività (a patto di seguire le sue chiare e puntuali indicazioni). Valeria è molto preparata e può seguire donne incinta e persone con i problemi fisici più svariati (dolori alle ginocchia, anche, etc...) seguendoli nella pratica più congeniale al loro stato. Se tutto quanto detto sopra è di vostro interesse, non esitate nemmeno un minuto a contattarla; la prima lezione è sempre gratuita. Le lezioni sono di gruppo o su richiesta private (anche in inglese), un'altra bella comodità.

The lessons are by group or on request private (also in English), another nice comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto perfetto per cominciare a praticare yoga!!! Le insegnanti sono certificate Iyengar, disponibili, molto attente alla persona e alle singole esigenze. Lo studio è piccolo, pulito e accogliente. L'ambiente è sempre molto sereno; si esce dalla lezione rigenerati.
The perfect place to start practicing yoga !!! The teachers are Iyengar certified, available, very attentive to the person and to individual needs. The studio is small, clean and welcoming. The environment is always very serene; you leave the lesson regenerated.
