★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assistenza è veloce ed efficiente. Gli orari sono adeguati. Peccato per la mancanza di parcheggio e per lo spazio angusto della sala d'attesa. Molte persone sono costrette ad aspettare fuori specialmente se hanno cani molto grandi.
 Assistance is fast and efficient. Times are adequate. Too bad for the lack of parking and for the narrow space of the waiting room. Many people are forced to wait outside especially if they have very large dogs.

(Please note that in most cases found birds are considered helpless while they are not! Inform yourself via the internet if you are interested in that topic!).
The team was very friendly and took good care of the little bird and even informed us some hours later via SMS that it is up and well, while we needed to travel on. Thank you again!
