Ho visto signore atteggiarsi da come tali ma rivelarsi delle gran maleducate sventolando conguagli costosi chiedendo in modo altezzoso il motivo senza rispettare il confine segnato da un evidente posto a sedere con un grosso vetro divisorio ho visto signore anziane strillare in faccia al funzionario parolacce.... Ma ho visto un ragazzo (il funzionario) educatissimo e paziente spiegare gentilmente e con estrema chiarezza tutto ciò che serviva e tutte avevano torto....
