La dottoressa e' paziente preparata e sicuramente non e' frettolosa. ha fatto una visita accurata e minuziosa e il mio gatto non ha mai avuto paura. super consigliata anche per i prezzi molto onesti. grazie ancora I took my cat for a simple check-up and I was super happy. Allorché mi sono recata presso lo studio ma non c'è nessuno alla reception e bisogna aspettare la fine della visita in corso quindi, anche eventualmente mezz'ora, per poterle parlare o altrimenti di interrompere la visita ovviamente disturbando. Sono riuscita a prendere appuntamento e mi sono recata all'orario prefissato. Dopo 20 minuti di silenziosa attesa ho osato bussare e molto sommessamente ho chiesto come sarebbero stati i tempi visto che avevo un impegno poco dopo. Allorché la dottoressa ha detto che "io non le ero piaciuta né al momento dell'appuntamento né ora e che quindi me ne potevo andare". No comment: è questo il comportamento di un professionista? Oltretutto se ne è pure altamente fregata del gattino che avevo che avevo portato e che avevo sottoposto ad uno stress inutilmente. Altamente sconsigliata!!!!!!!! Bad experience. Con competenza, cortesia e grande capacità il problema è stato risolto, il gatto si è trovato a suo agio e si è lasciato fare l'intervento e le cure conseguenti.
