Il Webinar "Opposizione agli atti della riscossione e dell'esecuzione forzata dinanzi alle Commissioni tributarie e alla giurisdizione ordinaria" del 17.02.2021 è stato eccellente. Il Prof. Ferrari, come sempre, ha illustrato tutta la problematica con chiarezza e precisione evidenziando altresì le tecniche di difesa da adottare nel processo tributario. Giudizio: superlativo!!!
I have been following Dr. Carlo Ferrari for years. I have attended and still attend the various IPSOA Tax Masters, organized by the same. The Webinar "Opposition to the Proceedings of Collection and Forced Execution Before Tax Commissions and Ordinary Jurisdiction" on 02.17.2021 was excellent. Prof. Ferrari, as always, illustrated the whole problem with clarity and precision, also highlighting the defense techniques to be adopted in the tax process. Judgment: superb !!!
