La dottoressa Privitera è veramente brava, ha una mano attenta e leggerissima con gli adulti e con i bambini. It is a welcoming environment, the staff is polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Privitera is really good, she has a careful and very light hand with adults and children.

C'è la fila fuori perché non c'è appuntamento. Aspettiamo tutti. Entra una signora che doveva fare un tampone ed esce di nuovo spiegando agli astanti che la reception le aveva comunicato che per quel giorno i tamponi erano "sospesi". Bastava che dalla reception uscisse qualcuno ad avvertire e non avremmo aspettato inutilmente in fila, o comunque avrebbero potuto scrivere un cartello da mettere fuori. Probabilmente il trattamento della clientela è poco importante per il laboratorio. Piccola la sala d'attesa e difficile trovare parcheggio ma poco importa se si viene accolti da un sorriso e dalla gentilezza dell'infermiera sempre disponibile e celere nel servire la clientela stando attenta alle regole vigenti in questo dannato periodo consigliatissimo Several times I went to this laboratory and I have always enjoyed it. Staff always available and fast. The waiting room is small and it is difficult to find parking but it does not matter if you are greeted by a smile and the kindness of the nurse who is always available and quick in serving customers, paying attention to the rules in force in this damned period.

g	grazia ferrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio pessimo l'arroganza della dottoressa anziana dimostrata nei confronti di mia madre e stato a dir poco vergognoso sconsigliato quando è presente questa pseudo dottoressa in pensione ,un plauso alla dottoressa più giovane e alla segretaria che comunque dato il periodo di stress hanno gestito la situazione ,accaduto 2 mesi fa Bad laboratory the arrogance of the elderly doctor shown towards my mother was nothing short of shameful not recommended when this retired pseudo doctor is present, a praise to the younger doctor and the secretary who in any case, given the stressful period, managed the situation , which happened 2 months ago
