Atteggiamento altezzoso, arrogante e strafottente, forse ... perchè si sentono dalla parte della ragione a prescindere ? Mancanza di informazioni, sorprese su sorprese, nonostante le mille telefonate e scambio mail, alla fine quando ho dato risposta di cosa intendessi fare col sinistro mi è stato detto che non se ne occupavano più loro (in maniera molto poco cordiale). Perchè ero vincolata da un contratto, altrimenti non ci sarei mai andata. Bad experience. Il fatto che questo studio abbia lavoro garantito grazie ad accordi con grandi compagnie assicurative non giustifica assolutamente la loro non professionalità e maleducazione. Non ho mai avuto un esperienza così negativa in un servizio clienti. Due settimane di risposte a singhiozzo per un semplice modulo di accettazione. Per poi scoprire a termine sinistro che la pratica era stata passata di nuovo all'agenzia assicurativa ma nessuno dei documenti precedente inviati allo studio tecnico era a loro stato inviato. Pessima comunicazione tra le parti e di nuovo sbalordito dalla maleducazione con cui vengono trattati i clienti . Soprattutto dalla receptionist che riceve le chiamate. Se non amate il vostro lavoro fate un favore a voi stessi e agli altri. Cambiate lavoro invece che trattare la gente a pesci in faccia. Experience to forget!
