Ho fatto una serie di risonanze magnetiche, che non ero riuscita a svolgere a causa di una forte claustrofobia in altre strutture. In questo centro c'è l'ho fatta, grazie al macchinario più ampio e alla bravura dei tecnici radiologi Marco e Mauro, che hanno cercato di mettermi a mio agio trovando la soluzione più tranquillizzante. Bravissime e gentili anche le ragazze nella reception. Organized and always ready to satisfy every need. I did a series of MRIs, which I was unable to perform due to severe claustrophobia in other facilities. I did it in this center, thanks to the larger machinery and the skill of the radiologist technicians Marco and Mauro, who tried to put me at ease by finding the most reassuring solution. The girls at the reception are also very good and kind.

Il medico alla risonanza...una donna.... di una gentilezza e cortesia mai vista? la risposta immediata ? la ragazza dell'accettazione assolutamente gentile e cortese? ho dimenticato l'impegnativa ma mi ha permesso di fare cmq l'esame e di tornare a casa a recuperarla ? grazie velocissimi e gentili After a problematic start ..... N	Nella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come si può vedere dalle altre recensioni, il problema non è la struttura, ma la disponibilità a risolvere banali problematiche per la mancanza di voglia e di serenità da parte di alcune segretarie. Sono cliente da 2 anni ed ho consigliato la struttura. Cosa che non farò più. Il tempo è prezioso per tutti. Basta poco per non rendere le cose ancora più complicate. Consiglio per le segretarie: fate finta che vi importi qualcosa di chi avete di fronte, evitare di dire NO senza pensare prima alla soluzione almeno per 10 secondi, infine trovare una frase empatica. Es. non si preoccupi cercheremo di risolvere al meglio la situazione, siamo qui per questo. As you can see from the other reviews, the problem is not the structure, but the willingness to solve trivial problems due to the lack of desire and serenity on the part of some secretaries. I have been a customer for 2 years and I have recommended the structure. Which I will not do anymore. Time is precious for everyone. It doesn't take much to make things even more complicated. Tip for secretaries: pretend that you care about who you are in front of, avoid saying NO without thinking about the solution first for at least 10 seconds, finally find an empathic phrase. Eg do not worry we will try to solve the situation as best we can, we are here for this.

Un plauso a questo centro molto meglio di altri ospedali..Grazie e buon lavoro. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per persone che sono un po' distanti da Guidonia.Noi veniamo da vicino Ostia ma , ne vale la pena ..Grazie infinite ?? Excellent service.Yesterday 11 April 2022 my father had a PET scan, the doctors were courteous and very punctual. A praise to this center much better than other hospitals .. Thanks and good luck. I highly recommend it also for people who are a bit distant from Guidonia.We come from near Ostia but, it's worth it .. Thanks so much ??
