L'operatore è stato molto superficiale, il tutto mi è stato confermato dal medico di base al quale ho consegnato il referto , infatti mi ha detto che l'operatore non ha saputo leggere la lastra. Lo consiglio sinceramente a chi ne avesse bisogno . Welcoming radiological office, very courteous and helpful staff both in admission and in diagnostics. Veramente soddisfatta! Complimenti! Consigliatissimo. I was yesterday afternoon for an x-ray, an exceptional staff follow you step by step throughout the process from acceptance, to the examination, then the discussion with the doctor and the collection of the file. The prices are excellent! Really satisfied! Congratulations! Highly recommended.

Nonostante la prenotazione ho atteso venti minuti con almeno dodici persone nella stanza, la temperatura misurata da un'apparecchio automatico con scanner da polso sporco e quindi di dubbia ttendibilità. Le due receptionist avevano appena fatto un errore confondendo un dentista con il paziente e via altri 10 minuti solo per non ammettere l'errore e rimediare. Dopo l'attesa dovevo rimettermi in fila e fornire documenti inutili e senza la minima garanzia di privacy, un foglio, una qualunque info su come vengono trattati i miei dati e perchè mi vengono richiesti visto che si trattava di una semplice panoramica pagata da privato. Totale assenza di gentilezza e cortesia. Evitateli come la peste e spero vi siano più controlli su queste stutture anche alla luce delle disposizion normative sulla privacy e sul Covid. Total absence of kindness and courtesy. Avoid them like the plague and I hope there are more controls on these structures also in light of the privacy and Covid regulatory provisions.
