Appena insediato ci ha fatto risparmiare 600 euro sulle spese di pulizie applicando una tassazione agevolata che gli altri non hanno applicato. Non ci ha in nessun modo obbligato a cambiare tutti i fornitori, ma insieme abbiamo valutato prezzi e qualità e alcuni li abbiamo sostituiti altri no. È SEMPRE DISPONIBILE!!!!! Si rintraccia facilmente ed è sempre pronto ad ascoltarti. MOLTO COMPETENTE!! Segue i lavori, si fa fare le foto dai fornitori per documentare se e quanto e' stato fatto. Quando qualcosa non va fa valere i diritti del condominio e non come alcuni che pagano lo stesso i loro amici fornitori. Sono trascorsi un paio di anni da allora e diverse difficoltà relative ad alcuni impianti difettosi nello stabile e nello studio Policella e nei suoi collaboratori abbiamo sempre potuto trovare persone pronte e disponibili a risolvere i vari problemi, oltre ad un'infinita pazienza. Segue in prima persona i fornitori e viene personalmente in condominio quando ci sono lavori particolari da eseguire. Il Rag. Policella sta amministrando il nostro condominio da pochi mesi ma la differenza si vede tanto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Finally we have an Administrator with a capital A.
