★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Ricevono solo per appuntamento, e fin qui benissimo, ma il primo appuntamento utile e a due settimane di distanza. Ma va bene. Visto il periodo e le difficoltà ci sta.
E' all'appuntamento, in ogni caso, che mostrano tutta l'inefficienza ed imprecisione. Come è possibile che, dopo aver atteso 15 giorni, non si possa avere un preventivo per degli infissi a cui ero interessato perché l'unico PC con su installato il programma adatto è già occupato?
Al che il consulente mi fa un grossolano preventivo scritto a penna al termine del quale mi dice di non tenerne conto perché il prezzo venuto fuori è troppo alto. A questo punto mi chiede il contatto telefonico e mail dicendomi che mi avrebbe inviato un preventivo dettagliato nei giorni successivi, ovviamente MAI arrivato trascorsi ormai quasi due mesi! Complimenti!
(PS. Anche il preventivo cartaceo non mi fu fornito in copia)
Bad service. They receive only by appointment, and so far very well, but the first useful appointment is two weeks away. But it's fine. Given the period and the difficulties there is.
It is at the appointment, in any case, that they show all the inefficiency and imprecision. How is it possible that, after waiting 15 days, you cannot get a quote for the fixtures I was interested in because the only PC with the suitable program installed on it is already busy?
At which the consultant gives me a rough estimate written in pen at the end of which he tells me not to take it into account because the price came out is too high. At this point he asks me for telephone contact and email, telling me that he would send me a detailed estimate in the following days, obviously NEVER arrived after almost two months! Congratulations!
