Nella prima telefonata del 23/09 assicura di venire il giorno dopo, con anche pre-telefonata di avviso prima dell'intervento. Detto fatto, in data 24/09 non viene rispettato il suddetto appuntamento, lì richiamo telefonicamente e nemmeno si ricordano di averlo stabilito, cosicché ne fissano un altro di appuntamento per la stessa sera (4 ore dopo quello precedente) certificandolo addirittura. Come volevasi dimostrare, 4 ore dopo non si è presentato nessuno ne tantomeno ho ricevuto una telefonata, inaffidabili. Non ci volevano vendere per forza un prodotto, non ci volevano convincere a prendere un prodotto più costoso del necessario e, soprattutto, ci hanno spiegato tutto, ma proprio tutto, in ogni singolo dettaglio.
