Gli allenamenti sono sempre personalizzati e mirati in base alla propria fisicità e agli obiettivi da raggiungere. E' possibile fissare gli allenamenti secondo le proprie possibilità e orari. Lo studio è molto pulito e le macchine sono tenute benissimo. In questo periodo c'è molta attenzione anche al rispetto delle normative anti-covid. Ovvimente consigliatissimo!!! È un grande motivatore ed una persona con un cuore grande. L’ambiente e’ molto pulito e curato. Io lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono ottenere risultati soprattutto per quanto riguarda i percorsi riabilitativi. Peccato si possano dare solo 5 stelle perché in questo caso si merita la lode!!!!
