Dopo 8 minuti di attesa la chiamata cade e se richiami ricomincia da capo, e non risponde nessuno mai! VERGOGNA, si parla di bambini! Poi le segretarie ti dicono una cosa e quando parli con la pediatra te ne dice un'altra.. sembra che tu chiami per rompergli le scatole e invece si chiama per poter far vedere i nostri bambini che non stanno bene onestamente sto pensando di cambiare pediatra perché è assurdo... Tale affermazione da un pediatra non lo condivido assolutamente, anche perché il dovere della drssa dovrebbe essere quello di informarmi sullo sviluppo dell'apprendimento della bimba , i pro e i contro del bilinguismo , e non ricordarmi dove sto vivendo. Senza parlare che alla piccola non l'ho mai vista in 7 mesi fare la visita con il campanellino per l'udito, oppure vedere con lo strumento le orecchie. Fatto solo su mia richiesta! Andata via appena ho potuto, offesa e sconcertata! Poi studio mal organizzato...passi le ore per poter chiamare e prendere un appuntamento! Tante volte non rispondono nemmeno. Alla bimba di 2 mesi l'infermiera gli ha fatto il vaccino come se lo stesse sparando ad una bestia che ha la pelle dura!!! Terrificante!!! No grazie! Nel 2017 la chiamiamo perchè mio figlio aveva la febbre a 40 e volevamo una visita a casa (VISTO CHE LORO PERCEPISCONO UN RIMBORSO FORFETTARIO DALLA REGIONE PER FARE VISITE DOMICILIARI ED E' PREVISTO - NONCHE' OBBLIGATORIO SE RICHIESTO - CHE LE POSSANO FARE). Lei si rifiuta dicendo che LEI non fa visite a casa. Le dico che non posso spostare mio figlio con la febbre così alta, se può venire privatamente a noi sarebbe comunque andato bene, vista la situazione. E' venuta un'ora dopo e si è intascata 120 euro. Spero se li spenda in chemioterapia. Poi, perle delle perle... le Segretarie, che definirle ritardate è niente: una volta invio una mail a loro firmando con il mio nome e cognome (sono il padre, quindi il cognome di norma dovrebbe essere lo stesso) e scrivo che ho bisogno di parlare con il Dr. "X" per mio figlio Tommaso. Risposta: "scusi il cognome del bambino". "Stocazzo". Il cognome del bambino è Stocazzo. Calling this study embarrassing is a compliment. Per prendere un appuntamento serve un giorno di ferie. A volte oltre mezz'ora in attesa per poi sentirsi riattaccare. Prendere un appuntamento è praticamente impossibile. In questo momento sono a 20 minuti di attesa e nessuno risponde, a volte sono arrivato anche a 40. Sempre se poi non cade la linea. Nothing to say about the doctors.
