L	Lucia Giachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positivo: pulizia, MOLTO negativo: spesso è impossibile contattarli è sempre occupato, si comprende che gli utenti sono tanti (come hanno scritto per giustificare il problema) ma questa può essere la causa non la soluzione e tanto meno una giustificazione. Anche stamani è dalle 09.00 che riprovo di continuo , sono le 11,30 e mi ha SEMPRE dato occupato. Se i pazienti che chiamano sono tanti si ampliano le linee e si provvede con del personale in più che risponde, sopratutto nelle ore di punta e adesso che per emergenza covid le segretarie devono muoversi di continuo. Spero che qualcuno provveda. Positive: cleanliness, VERY negative: it is often impossible to contact them is always busy, it is understood that the users are many (as they wrote to justify the problem) but this can be the cause not the solution and much less a justification. Also this morning it is from 09.00 that I try again continuously, it is 11.30 and has ALWAYS given me busy. Per prendere un appuntamento dopo una giornata passata inutilmente al telefono sono dovuto andare personalmente in studio, cosa peraltro che sarebbe da evitare visto il periodo. Capisco le giustificazioni, ma passare un giorno al telefono senza risposta vuol dire che qualcosa non funziona come dovrebbe (e non è la prima volta che succede). s	silvia frassetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia più che una recensione è un incoraggiamento alle segretarie dello studio che non conosco personalmente, ma con cui ho avuto modo di parlare telefonicamente qualche volta e devo dire che sono molto gentili. Ho fatto fino a pochi giorni fa il vostro mestiere per ben dodici anni e capisco bene. Purtroppo questo è un periodo veramente stressante per chi lavora in questo ambito, io lo so bene e ne ho pagato le spese. Non solo per le segretarie ma soprattutto per i medici di base che ogni giorno sono tempestati di telefonate . Consiglio al proprietario di aiutare il personale e di rafforzarlo in modo che possa lavorare più serenamente e meglio, e soddisfare anche maggiormente i pazienti. Ai pazienti vorrei dire di avere maggiore comprensione e di evitare di aggredire gratuitamente una persona che sta lavorando . Perché quando ti dai da fare, corri a destra e a manca, il telefono squilla di continuo e rispondi facendo contemporaneamente due cose e poi arriva il paziente arrabbiato di turno , che può avere le sue ragioni, che però ti vomita addosso tutta la sua rabbia non è piacevole, anzi è alquanto frustrante. Per cui vi invito ad essere più comprensivi. Come lo siamo noi quando rispondiamo al telefono e ci dite i vostri problemi, le vostre esigenze, siatelo anche voi,. Ebbene non solo sono rimasto in attesa ma per ben sette volte la mia chiamata è stata interrotta. Che dire cortesia zero ed efficienza meno. Avere un medico bravissimo supportato da una struttura così scadente è veramente frustrante. Today 10 June 2021 from 10.30 to 11.00 I called continuously to have an appointment with the doctor. Well not only have I been on hold but my call has been cut off seven times. What about zero courtesy and less efficiency. Having a very good doctor supported by such a poor facility is really frustrating.

Il tempo di attesa al telefono credo sia dovuto all'alto numero di chiamate e alle molteplici attività a cui è chiamato il personale. Very professional and prepared reception staff. Non capisco perché non sia attivo un servizio fax o mail utilizzabile dagli utenti per poter inviare messaggi ai propri dottori, con il filtro delle segretarie se serve. Cosi si migliorerebbe la efficienza e si farebbero meno telefonate o si verrebbe meno di persona solamente per passare comunicazioni ai dottori. Senza contare che per prenotare visite (siamo nel 2022....) si potrebbe attivare un servizio web affiancato al metodo attuale , tipo quelli che la struttura pubblica ci sta abituando ad usare Insufficient and badly organized secretarial service. I do not understand why there is no fax or mail service available that users can use to send messages to their doctors, with the secretary filter if needed. This would improve efficiency and make fewer phone calls or drop out in person just to pass communications to the doctors. Not to mention that to book visits (we are in 2022 ....) a web service could be activated alongside the current method, such as those that the public structure is accustoming us to use.
