Avevo grandi aspettative per quanto riguarda il taglio invece ho dovuto ricredermi quando mi sono accorta che i capelli erano di lunghezze diverse tra il lato dx e sx e senza una linea. Esperienza negativissima. Mai più! One star because it is the minimum rating. I had high expectations regarding the cut but I had to change my mind when I realized that the hair was of different lengths between the right and left side and without a line. Very negative experience. Never again!

Sono andata una volta sola, ho chiesto di tagliarmi i capelli di almeno 4/5cm e me li hanno appena spuntati (lasciando un sacco di doppie punte). Ho chiesto alla titolare di fare un colore ma, quando è arrivata l'addetta al colore, me ne ha proposto uno completamente diverso. Ho dovuto chiamare la titolare perché confermasse il colore che avevo scelto io. Alla fine faccio il colore (pagato veramente uno sproposito), tempo di pagare e mi viene detto che magari la volta dopo mi verrà fatto un colore più intenso ma essendo la prima volta che andavo da loro non volevano esagerare (nel senso che non volevano farmi il colore che avevo chiesto?). Esco e mi rendo conto del significato di quello che mi è stato detto: ho ancora il mio stesso esatto colore con qualche riflesso ramato in più (io sono castana e avevo chiesto un mogano scuro). Va bene che è la prima volta che vengo da voi, ma per spendere un rene e avere gli stessi identici capelli di prima, quando ho chiesto taglio e colore diversi, anche no. Ps il personale ha tenuto la mascherina solo finché ci sono stati clienti; io sono andata via per ultima e la metà del personale (titolare inclusa) l'aveva tolta. Mediocre experience, except the courtesy of the staff. I only went once, asked to cut my hair at least 4 / 5cm and they just trimmed it (leaving a lot of split ends). I asked the owner to make a color but, when the color clerk arrived, she proposed me a completely different one. I had to call the owner to confirm the color I had chosen. In the end I do the color (paid really a blunder), time to pay and I am told that maybe the next time I will have a more intense color but being the first time I went to them they did not want to exaggerate (in the sense that they did not want to make me the color I asked for?). I go out and realize the meaning of what I have been told: I still have my exact color with a few more coppery highlights (I'm brown and I asked for a dark mahogany). Okay it's the first time I've come to you, but to spend a kidney and have the exact same hair as before, when I asked for different cut and color, even no. Ps the staff kept the mask only as long as there were customers; I left last and half of the staff (including the owner) had removed it.

Ho visto spesso clienti nuove arrivare e tentando di studiare un cambiamento obbiettare per evitare " disastri" e arrivare invece a risultati eccellenti! Dissento vivamente da chi accusa la mancanza di attenzione alle attuali norme sanitarie. Massima attenzione e rispetto delle norme.
