★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità delle commesse. Dopo aver fatto un' importante lista nascita, un'altalena era non funzionante e per rettificare sono dovuto andare in negozio almeno 5 volte per avere indietro un buono.
Altri errori commessi relativi alla resa di un lettino che ci avevano conteggiato in piu, non gentili i modi e per questo metto una stella.
Capisco la stanchezza e il lavorare su grossi numeri, ma personalmente non ho apprezzato i modi poco cordiali.
Di fatto dopo aver fatto una grossa lista nascita, mi ritrovo per colpe non mie con un buono da 500 euro da spendere entro un anno obbligatoriamente da Prenatal
Poor professionalism of the orders. After making an important birth list, a swing was not working and to rectify it I had to go to the store at least 5 times to get a voucher back.
Other mistakes made related to the yield of a cot that we had counted in more, not kind ways and for this I put a star.
I understand tiredness and working on large numbers, but personally I did not appreciate the unfriendly ways.
In fact, after having made a big birth list, I find myself for faults not mine with a 500 euro voucher to be spent within one year by Prenatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, ho acquistato tante cose per la nascita di mio figlio spendendo anche tanti tanti soldi e 1) ho preso un trio credendo fosse in un certo modo (da come mi avevano spiegato) invece poi si è rivelato diverso. 2) ho chiesto un materassino compatibile con la navicella me ne hanno fatto acquistare uno assicurandomi che fosse la stessa misura e in realtà non ci sta! Quindi ora mi ritrovo con un materassino nuovo che non posso cambiare perché acquistato mesi fa e lo abbiamo provato da poco quindi i 30 giorni sono passati. Inoltre ti stanno dietro solo finché vendono e non gestiscono bene il post vendita!
Anche a livello di promozioni sono ingannevoli e non ti sanno spiegare bene in cosa consistono. Meglio universo bimbo
Bad service, I bought a lot of things for the birth of my son also spending a lot of money and 1) I took a trio believing it was in a certain way (as they had explained to me) but then it turned out to be different. 2) I asked for a mattress compatible with the carrycot they made me buy one making sure it was the same size and it doesn't really fit! So now I find myself with a new mattress that I cannot change because I bought it months ago and we have recently tried it so the 30 days have passed. They are also behind you only as long as they sell and do not manage the after-sales service well!
Even at the level of promotions they are deceptive and do not know how to explain well what they consist of. Better baby universe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discreta scelta su tutto. Il problema è il personale, tolta qualche rara eccezione. Svogliato e assolutamente non incline a dare informazioni. Evidentemente a Prenatal casa madre, non interessa. Tessera vip a 30 € all' anno? Mai vista una tessera con un costo così esoso.
Discreet choice on everything. The problem is the staff, with a few rare exceptions. Listless and absolutely not inclined to give information. Obviously, the parent company of Prenatal does not care. Vip card at € 30 per year? Never seen a card with such an exorbitant cost.

Le commesse sono a dir poco svogliate e maleducate...
Davanti a così tante recensioni negative mi domando come mai il punto vendita sia ancora aperto!!!!
Trovo addirittura assurdo che facciano pagare una tessera 30€ con validità di UN SOLO ANNO per avere qualsiasi cosa scontata quando da IPERBIMBO la tessera è gratuita e i prezzi "scontati" con tessera VIP (di Prenatal) sono praticamente i prezzi di vendita da Iperbimbo...
Tutto questo per dire MAI PIÙ!!!!!
IPERBIMBO tutta la vita e non solo per i prezzi ma sopratutto per la CORTESIA,GENTILEZZA,DELICATEZZA,SIMPATIA,DISPONIBILITÀ MA SOPRATUTTO PREPARAZIONE AD ESPORRE I PRODOTTI E PROFESSIONALITÀ!!!!!

The orders are listless and rude to say the least ...
Faced with so many negative reviews I wonder why the store is still open !!!!
I even find it absurd that they charge a € 30 card with a validity of ONLY ONE YEAR to have anything discounted when at IPERBIMBO the card is free and the "discounted" prices with a VIP card (from Prenatal) are practically the selling prices at Iperbimbo .. .
All this to say NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
HYPERBIMB all life and not only for the prices but above all for the COURTESY, KINDNESS, DELICACY, NICE, AVAILABILITY BUT ABOVE ALL PREPARATION TO EXHIBIT THE PRODUCTS AND PROFESSIONALISM !!!!!
