I massaggi ayurvedici sono magici, ti senti come se venissi trasportato in un altra dimensione, piena di colori e di tranquillità. Inoltre è possibile svolgere anche altre attività, le campane tibetane ad esempio che sono un'esperienza assolutamente da provare e continuare. Ikadesh è un operatore serio e professionale, oltre che molto preparato: ogni volta al termine del trattamento mi indica anche dei consigli pratici e preziosi che posso immediatamente mettere in atto, rispetto il mio corpo, l'alimentazione, il mio benessere fisico, ma anche emozionale e mentale. Che sia un tipo di trattamento rilassante o energizzante, è ciò di cui ho necessità in quel momento e per me è sempre fonte di ricarica e rigenerazione, un momento dedicato alla cura di me, che mi aiuta a ritrovare la pace, l'ascolto, l'equilibrio rispetto ciò che sto vivendo. In più lo studio è comodo e facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi: dalla fermata metro di Lotto sono circa 5 minuti a piedi. Really very nice to receive an Ayurvedic treatment in this studio!
