Appena sono entrata con mia madre che non parla bene l'italiano si è irritato e al posto di procedere subito con la visita oculistica ha iniziato a far domande personali riguardo i motivi per i quali lei non abbia ancora padroneggiato la lingua. Sono stata fin troppo educata a non dirgli di farsi gli affari suoi. Unprofessional as it embarrassed the patient.
