Non si sono accorti che nell'atto mancava la pertinenza della cantina, non è stato fatto il ricongiungimento per usufrutto e cosa più importante di tutte ho acquistato un immobile che proveniva da una donazione senza essere stata avvisata e senza ne fosse fatta menzione nell'atto. Mi è stato risposto che non erano tenuti a scriverlo perché poi c'era stata una successione. Vi rendete conto! I was not happy with this notary's office. They did not realize that the deed lacked the relevance of the cellar, the reunification by usufruct was not made and most important of all I purchased a property that came from a donation without having been notified and without mentioning it in the deed . I was told that they did not have to write it because then there was a succession. You realize!
