★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto il rogito il 17 ottobre viene spedita copia del contratto il 27 novembre tramite posta ordinaria e non tracciata (!!!).Contratto mai arrivato !!! Metà dicembre chiedo di averne un'altra copia,mi viene risposto che avrebbero spedito immediatamente ma ad oggi 7 gennaio,dopo l'ennesima telefonata,mi informano che avrebbero spedito oggi!!! Professionalità ZERO!!!
La mia richiesta deriva non solo dal'avere legittimamente copia di tale atto ma soprattutto perché in questo momento di zone a piu colori e divieti di spostamenti il possesso del documento può agevolare e magari evitare multe e ricorsi e perdite di tempo .
Naturalmente il tutto già pagato profumatamente al momento del rogito!!! Penso che le spese di una raccomandata possano essere ampiamente comprese nella parcella.
Naturalmente se avrò ancora bisogno in seguito di un notaio lo eviterò sicuramente e pertanto
LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!!!!!!
Once the deed is made on October 17th, a copy of the contract will be sent on November 27th by ordinary and untracked mail (!!!). Contract never arrived !!! Mid December I ask for another copy, I am told that they would have sent immediately but as of today 7 January, after yet another phone call, they inform me that they would have sent today !!! ZERO professionalism !!!
My request derives not only from legitimately having a copy of this deed but above all because in this moment of multi-colored areas and travel bans, possession of the document can facilitate and perhaps avoid fines and appeals and waste of time.
Of course all already paid handsomely at the time of the deed !!! I think the cost of a registered letter can be fully included in the fee.
Of course if I still need a notary later I will definitely avoid it and therefore
I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!!!!!!
