★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto lo scorso aprile un atto di vendita dal sig.Amato. Ha sbagliato i miei dati scrivendo che sono sposato con la comunione dei beni, mentre io sono sposato con la separazione dei beni. In un primo momento non ci ho dato molto peso. A distanza di tre mesi il sig.Amato mi chiama da lui per chiedermi di cancellare una recensione negativa scritta al notaio Stefani, il quale aveva redatto il mio atto notarile con planimetria sbagliata (ho dovuto fare a mie spese una revisione catastale in tutta fretta). Il tutto condito da vaghe minacce del tipo “rischia veramente di andare incontro a dei problemi”. Ora mi domando, il sig.Amato pensa che viviamo in Corea del Nord? UN CONSIGLIO A TUTTI: STATE LONTANI IL PIÙ POSSIBILE DA QUESTO NOTAIO. Magari spenderete qualcosina in più ma in compenso avrete degli atti redatti correttamente. VOTO:ZERO!
