★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A settembre avrei dovuto asportare dei nei ma quando sono andata all'appuntamento non c'era nessuno. La risposta che ho ottenuto dopo svariati tentativi di telefonate è che mi avevano mandato un SMS ad agosto ed erano dispiaciuti che non l'avessi letto. Peccato che l'sms non c'era.. cmq penso che una telefonata per spostarlo era il minimo. E magari una il giorno dopo per delle scuse non un banale SMS per darmi un altro appuntamento, forse ..
In September I was supposed to have some moles removed but when I went to the appointment there was no one. The answer I got after several phone calls is that they had texted me in August and were sorry I hadn't read it. Too bad that the sms was not there .. cmq I think that a phone call to move it was the minimum. And maybe one the next day for an apology, not a trivial SMS to give me another appointment, maybe ..
