Una persona maleducata. Peccato, un pessimo biglietto da visita per la dott.ssa Sberveglieri che è molto gentile ! F	Federica Nisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieci anni fa era il mio ginecologo, sempre scrupoloso, fino a quando stetti molto male e invece di ammettere che non sapeva cosa potesse essere disse a mia madre che ero stressata. Dopo 4 anni di inferno mi diagnosticarono la vulvodinia e da lì ricominciai ad avere un minimo di vita. Ebbene, ora lui è uno specialista della vulvodinia. Lo passerò a trovare e pagherò solo per dirgli in faccia :"si ricorda di me? Ero quella che ha bollato come stressata solo perché non sapeva che pesci pigliare". Ma peccato per il contesto: la segretaria è arrogante e maleducata sia al telefono che di persona, i tempi di attesa sempre più vergognosi (oggi ho fatto 45 minuti in sala attesa e non si sono neanche scusati, tanto abbiamo tutti il tempo libero alle 16 del pomeriggio e non abbiamo fretta di tornare in ufficio!), il POS è sempre in evidenza ma si paga solo in contanti, quindi esci e vai a prelevare, e se dai una banconota da 50 euro (che la visita non è che costi poco) quai se c'è il resto! Tra tutto ho perso 2 ore oggi per una visita di routine. Sono veramente delusa e disgustata. So per esperienza che, in caso di problemi, avere la giusta attenzione da parte del professionista è fondamentale ed io di lui mi fido. Sono certa che si impegnerà al meglio delle sue capacità per aiutarmi. Lo studio è molto bello e confortevole e ha sempre contribuito a mettermi a mio agio in momenti che possono non essere così piacevoli. Il personale con me è sempre stato cordiale e educato. Dr. Priests are very polite and professional; I particularly appreciate the fact that he takes the time necessary for a complete medical history. I know from experience that, in case of problems, having the right attention from the professional is fundamental and I trust him. I am sure that he will do his best to help me. The studio is very nice and comfortable and has always helped to put me at ease in moments that may not be so pleasant. Staff with me has always been friendly and polite.

Anche io a volte ho aspettato molto in sala d'aspetto il suo arrivo in studio ma mi hanno spiegato che è spesso in sala operatoria all'ospedale Sant'Anna. Sinceramente preferisco un medico che non scappa dalla sala per iniziare il suo studio privato.... la prossima in sala operatoria potrei essere io. Comunque l'attesa ne valsa sempre la pena. La segretaria è sempre affaccendata dietro al telefono che squilla, le agende dei medici e i pazienti al desk ma nonostante la frenesia è sempre gentile e disponibile. Lo studio è accogliente, piacevole, luminoso, armonioso e accogliente. Lo consiglio. Good morning, I have been a patient of Dr. Preti for a long time. Honestly, I prefer a doctor who doesn't run away from the room to start his private study .... the next one in the operating room could be me. However the wait was always worth it. The secretary is always busy behind the ringing telephone, the doctors 'and patients' diaries at the desk but despite the frenzy she is always kind and helpful. The studio is welcoming, pleasant, bright, harmonious and welcoming. I advise.

Non capisco le recensioni precedenti alla mia che hanno espresso un giudizio negativo. Il Dott. Preti è un grande professionista, gentile e molto competente. Visita approfondita e non sbrigativa come spesso capita, disponibile a fornire molte spiegazioni ed in modo comprensibile per chi non è del campo come me. Oltre questo preciso che avevo l'appuntamento alle 11 ed alle 10.59 è iniziata la visita pertanto assolutamente in orario. Studio molto elegante, pulito e dotato di attrezzature mediche all'avanguardia. Bagno provvisto di ogni comfort, dal kimono alle pattine usa e getta per raggiungere il lettino di visita. E la segretaria? Super gentile! Ma voi che ci siete stati prima di me e che avete recensito negativamente, siete sicuri di aver frequentato lo stesso studio?!
