V	Veri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 3 stelle perché mi sono trovata davvero molto bene con il dottore che ha fatto elettrocardiogramma e certificato sportivo a mia figlia e molto male invece con l’ortopedico che a mio marito ha prescritto 10 sedute fisioterapiche con macchinario ( costose e totalmente inutili). I give 3 stars because I found myself really very well with the doctor who did electrocardiogram and sports certificate to my daughter and very badly instead with the orthopedist that my husband has prescribed 10 physiotherapy sessions with machinery (expensive and totally useless).

Mi viene detto da una “dottoressa “ con un raro qualunquismo che non fa niente e che avrebbe provato a vedere se si vede qualcosa. Ho rifiutato la prestazione in quanto dimostrazione di incompetenza e mi sono rivolta a una struttura seria. NON CI ANDATE. Terrible. I was supposed to have a kidney ultrasound but I hadn't fasted for 8 hours as needed. I am told by a "doctor" with a rare indifference that does nothing and that she would try to see if you see something. r	roberto galeotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero da dimenticare con personale troppo incompetente.Una nevrite scambiata per una cervicalgia. 3 mesi di incubo per mia madre con dolori allucinanti anche solo (fortunatamente)2 sedute di fisioterapia che non centrava proprio nulla con quello che aveva. un ortopedico che non riesco a capire come possa svolgere la sua professione,senza visitarla ma prescrivendogli solo medicinali per bocca che non centravano proprio nulla e idem per gli intramuscolari. Insomma lho dovuta portare da un professionista che in 2 settimane gli ha risolto il problema diagnosticando nevrite e con alcune punture locali di ozono e successivamente punture intramuscolari contenenti anche gruppo di vitamine b di cui era carente. Ora sta bene. Davvero incommentabili e incompetenti. Non consiglio questa stuttura nella maniera piu assoluta. An experience to be forgotten with too incompetent staff. Pagato per un'ora di fisioterapia, tra pausa caffe(sua) ecc, lavoro effettivo 20 minuti. Lettini attaccati senza privacy. Zero professionalità. Scelto solo perche vicino a casa ma mai più. Torno qui per alcuni chiarimenti e alla fine la colpa è mia. Sono nel settore sanitario, quando un mio paziente manifesta un disappunto o una problematica io ascolto e cerco di rimediare come posso. Qui hai torto tu e basta senza neanche ascoltare... un referente che ti accoglie in un corridoio .... Non in ufficio ... L'importanza del cliente dov'è? Oltre ad avere un esame radiografico sbagliato, la qualità delle immagini è pessima! Qualunque replica della direzione a questo messaggio la considero fin da ora ridicola! Siete stati davvero poco professionali. Senza parole. I am truly speechless. Soprattutto alcuni dei fisioterapisti sono molto simpatici, accoglienti e professionali. Consiglierei, però, di non utilizzare il cellulare per rispondere a messaggi privati: è davvero poco professionale e distrae dal lavoro di massaggio. Il personale alla reception sembra un po' scocciato all'inizio, anche se sono stati molto disponibili. Non sarebbe male essere accolti da un sorriso, visto che si tratta di stare a contatto con il pubblico. L'ambiente è molto pulito e le apparecchiature sembrano nuove e ben tenute. Nel complesso un buon centro, migliorabile in qualche dettaglio. I performed some physiotherapy sessions and I got along well with almost everyone who followed me. Alle 13:05 arriva l'app.to delle 13:10. Dopo 25 min. Di attesa mia e 40 min dell'app.to delle 12:40, la ginecologa viene avvisata degli app ti in attesa.. Bene, la ginecologa ha ritenuto opportuno far passare avanti l'app.to delle 13:10, vado dalla segretaria e le domando perché l'avesse fatta passare quando in attesa c' erano ancora 2 persone prima di lei...una attendeva da 40 min ed io da 20.. sapete cosa mi sono sentita dire? Che la dottoressa ha ritenuto il mio app.to veloce, quindi fa passare avanti gli altri. ?? Ma mai più. Bad experience. They should explain the word professionalism to the gynecologist. H.13 .. Prima seduta di fisioterapia di un ora durata fortunatamente appena 40 minuti di cui la maggior parte passata io a fare esercizi di respirazione sul lettino e il fisioterapista Daniele Maiali al cellulare. Nella successiva seduta ho notato comportamenti poco professionali, ho chiesto spiegazioni e lo stesso fisioterapista mi ha risposto che era normale. Durante la terza seduta si sono ripetuti gli stessi atteggiamenti, dal cellulare sempre in mano alle manovre poco attinenti alla fisioterapia che mi hanno subito portata a sospendere la seduta in anticipo e a non procedere con la prenotazione delle successive sedute per quanto per me di vitale importanza.
