Dovendo fare una lastra rx il prima possibile, ho contattato il Centro Raphael al mattino e ho avuto un appuntamento per il pomeriggio stesso, in più i prezzi sono davvero onesti rispetto a tante altre strutture (naturalmente ho contattato anche altre strutture ma la disponibilità era sempre oltre la settimana e i prezzi a volte erano anche quasi il doppio). Complimenti e consiglio davvero a tutti. Cozy structure with courteous and professional staff. Having to do an x-ray as soon as possible, I contacted the Raphael Center in the morning and had an appointment for the same afternoon, plus the prices are really fair compared to many other structures (of course I also contacted other structures but the availability was always over the week and the prices were sometimes even almost double). Congratulations and really recommend to everyone.

Oltre alla sua grande professionalità, è un uomo che riesce ad essere sempre comprensivo, attenta e umano. La sua simpatia e ironia mettono a proprio agio. Anche lo studio è bello e accogliente! G	Giuseppe Raparelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se usate metasalute dovete stare attenti perché quando prenotate in realtà non comunica nulla a metasalute e quindi può capitare che il voucher scada e non si possa rinnovare e quindi si rischia di perdere l'appuntamento. Ma la struttura può venire incontro se vi ricordate di passare fisicamente prima per aprire la pratica e poi dover ritornare per l'appuntamento vero. Nulla da dire sulla struttura ed il personale disponibile e cordiale If you use metasalute you have to be careful because when you book it does not actually communicate anything to metashealth and therefore it may happen that the voucher expires and cannot be renewed and therefore you risk losing the appointment. But the structure can help if you remember to physically pass first to open the case and then have to return for the real appointment. Nothing to say about the structure and the helpful and friendly staff
G	Giulia Giovagnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RISPONDO: triste constatare che le brutte recensioni non sono ben accette nè dal centro ne dalla dottoressa,piuttosto che attaccare i suoi clienti dovrebbe spiegare alle sue collaboratrici che lavorano in un centro medico e noi in un centro estetico,dove le persone vengono non di certo per piacere e la sola persona in studio non è una giustificazione,il ritardo ci può essere ma non di un ora mi spiace perché altrimenti perde funzionalità la prenotazione,mi spiace per l’ecografia precedente ma non è una giustificazione le sue collaboratrici potevano benissimo contattarmi telefonicamente per avvertirmi del grande ritardo. Per la visita aldilà dei quindici minuti è stata sbrigativa e dopo un ora di attesa il dottore doveva avere un po’ di riguardo nei confronti del cliente,ma da raphael non c’è attenzione al cliente e nemmeno interesse nel farlo tornare (il famoso mordi e fuggi) visto il modo in cui risponde alle recensioni. Il centro raphael è stato un errore e mi assicurerò di raccontare la mia esperienza a quante persone più posso,un consiglio dottoressa impari a trattare con i clienti! Lo sghignazzare era nei miei confronti,e le garantisco che non è stata un impressione! Al momento sono rimasta molto male e preferisco mettere un punto qui!Spero prima o poi mi passi, non voglio creare disagio alle ragazze, spero un giorno di venirvi nuovamente a trovare perché ho trovato la struttura impeccabile, molto bella e ricca di servizi,ma per il momento sono rimasta troppo delusa dal disagio che ho avvertito!La ringrazio ancora tanto.... Ho trovato la persona che mi ha visitata ,molto umana,competente, e molto disponibile ,capace di mettere a proprio agio il paziente per questo le stelle non basterebbero! Davvero complimenti!La struttura è molto bella,nuova,pulita e offre molti servizi e anche qui 5 stelle! Alla reception.. una stella!pessime le ragazze che stavano lì dietro a "prestare servizio!" Non ho trovato professionalità e neanche accoglienza..anzi..le tre ragazze sghignazzavano e prendevamo in giro!! A	Antonio Chichierchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa gradevolissima struttura, precisamente all'orario prefissato, ho trovato lo studio già sanificato, attitudine ai rapporti umani di alto profilo dalla segreteria al Dottor Mignanelli alla sua assistente. Quello che spesso si riduce ad una flebile indagine con risvolti immediatamente commerciali, qui diventa una prima visita odontoiatrica seria e professionale con piccolo intervento gratuito e percepisci da subito che c'è grande attitudine a consigliare al meglio il paziente nel reciproco interesse invece di tentare immediatamente un qualsiasi aggancio con risvolti economici. Non sto parlando di una Onlus, ma di professionisti che puntano ad acquisire il cliente per i prossimi anni e che rifuggono dal "mordi e fuggi" oggi piuttosto in voga. Il preventivo è stato esemplare per chiarezza e, soprattutto, per il prezzo finale assolutamente in linea con il momento economico che stiamo vivendo. Spiegato oltretutto in maniera esemplare nonostante la tecnicità dell'argomento. Anche questo reparto diventerà sicuramente un punto di riferimento non solo per il sottoscritto, ma per tutta la famiglia. Ma del resto già ci avvalevamo delle altre prestazioni. Bravi e ... grazie infinite. Then we were informed that we needed to come back the following day at 3 pm to get the English version (we even confirmed the time via phone). When we arrived the following day at 3 the place was closed. When we finally got a hold of them we got some confirmation per email that we are not sure will be accepted for our flight tomorrow. NOT RECOMMENDED
