e	elisabetta delia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella e forse anche troppo...non mi riferisco al Dottor Baldo ma alla Signora che si occupa della segreteria..il cui ruolo dovrebbe essere quello di coordinare e supportare l'operato del medico, le chiamate gli appuntamenti etc.. ..credo che chi lavora con il pubblico e a maggior ragione nel settore medico debba rapportarsi diversamente.forse avere "requisiti" quali gentilezza educazione ..saper ascoltare..senso organizzativo..precisione.. .per una frattura al polso sono stata richiamata dopo 2 GIORNI (cosa che ho riferito in pronto soccorso al medico ortopedico ovviamente)..per febbre alta mesi fa idem.. Per ritirare un semplice certificato medico sono dovuta tornare 3 VOLTE . Quando viene a mancare la passione per ciò che si fa meglio cambiare lavoro forse.... A star and maybe too much ... I'm not referring to Dr. Baldo but the lady in charge of segreteria..il whose role should be to coordinate and support the work of the doctor, the appointments calls etc .. ..credo that those who work with the public and more so in the medical sector should relate diversamente.forse have "requirements" such kindness Education ..saper ascoltare..senso organizzativo..precisione .. .for a wrist fracture I was recalled after 2 DAYS (which I reported in the emergency room to the orthopedic doctor of course) .. for high fever months ago idem .. Chiedi 2 giorni di malattia te ne danno tre, se ti arriva il fiscale però sono problemi tuoi. Mi dispiace perché sta andando sempre più indietro e non c'è la fa più,per questo motivo qualche anno fa ha chiamato una segretaria che al posto di aiutarlo è un disastro. Caro Sergio fatti aiutare, inzia a riposare,inizia a prendere qualche giorno per te stesso perché ieri passando in bicicletta sulla ciclabile ti ho visto molto male,non riuscivi nemmeno a camminare e mi dispiace molto perché sei la persona più buona e umana che abbia mai incontrato in questi 10 anni. Non meriti tutto questo soprattutto non ti merita chi hai sposato. Si sta prendendo gioco di te,di una persona fragile. Ti conosco da molti anni e vederti così mi si spezza il cuore. Questi ultimi 2 anni sono stati un pó particolari per tutti e anche il dottore ha avuto le sue divergenze di salute ed altro (poi il tempo piega anche il ferro) per ciò non metto la 5 °?. Buon recupero dot Baldo! Family doctor for over 17 years. L'appuntamento è stato preceduto da un'esperienza con la sua assistente tutt'altro che buona. Appuntamento alle ore 18. Mentre aspetto, l'assistente medesima, "in via eccezionale", ma di fronte a più testimoni prescrive un farmaco con tanto di posologia ad un paziente venuto a ritirare un'impegnativa. Aspetto fino alle 19.20. Mi obbligo a star lì giusto perchè è la prima volta e perchè non ho impegni. Delle DUE visite che precedono la mia sento tutto, parola per parola. Il dottore sarà il migliore del mondo ma se proprio vuole dare il tempo necessario (e largamente superfluo) ai suoi assistiti dovrebbe fissare gli appuntamenti di conseguenza. Alla fine, pur stremata, entro e gli dico che io non ce la posso fare ad aspettare un'ora e mezza tutte le volte. Tra il resto non sono più dell'umore giusto per cominciare a parlargli delle mie cose. E che almeno dopo di me non c'è più nessuno, altrimenti saprei che l'uditorio sarebbe esteso alla sala d'attesa. Non mi piace il fatto che il medico non si dispiaccia di avermi fatta aspettare così tanto ma mi rinfacci che evidentemente non era un'emergenza (in tal caso, dico io, avrei avuto il tempo di morire) e che lui è lì dalle 7 di mattina e per fortuna non ha bisogno di altri pazienti . Gli ho detto che a queste condizioni dovrò effettuare la scelta di un nuovo medico e la cosa finisce lì. E' vero che non era un'emergenza, ama quando avevo prenotato, insomma, non vedevo l'ora di avere un supporto al mio problema ...
