Mi è stato risposto scortesemente da un'infermiera che la dottoressa non ha tempo di vedere altre pazienti e che è un brutto periodo. Sia chiaro che il periodo no l'ho scelto io, ho chiamato solo perchè mi era stata consigliata e c'è altro modo di rispondere alle persone...lavoro anch'io nell'ambiente sanitario. Son davvero delusa...chiedere è lecito e rispondere è cortesia...c'è modo e modo...
 I called to find out if there was the availability to perform a morphology between the end of the year and the beginning of January. I was rudely told by a nurse that the doctor does not have time to see other patients and that it is a bad time. Let it be clear that I chose the period not, I called only because it was recommended to me and there is another way to respond to people ... I also work in the healthcare environment. I'm really disappointed ... asking is legitimate and answering is courtesy ... there is a way and way ...
