l	leonardo menossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giunto puntuale in struttura, mi è stata rifiutata la prestazione medica regolarmente prenotata, ma annullata perchè il centro ha erroneamente inviato una richiesta di conferma ad una untenza telefonica a me estranea, di fatto sbagliando l'invio. Senza alcuna scusa del disagio patito, e con mio rammarico ed imbarazzo subito da una gratuita supponenza da parte della "Consulente sulla Piattaforma Digitale" alla reception, la quale non dando giustificazioni a riguardo, e rifiutando qualsiasi tentativo risolutorio nell'iimediato, mi prospettava l'unica alternativa di prenotare un'altra data, sottolineando (oltre il danno, anche la beffa) che sarebbe stata una "concessione di favore" fissare un apppuntamento già alla settimana successiva. Tale inqualificabile comportamento ed attegiiamento poco professionale, inaspettato da parte di una qualsiasi struttura medica, non può che lasciare uno stato di frustrazione e profondo disagio a seguito dell'accadutodopo un lugo periodo di attesa per la prenotata visita, disattesa . G	Guini Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chirurgo estetico molto gentile che non mi ha fatto pagare la prima visita di consulto e mi ha messo molto a mio agio, peccato che non posso esprimermi sui suoi lavori perché è da fine giugno che provo a procedere per l'operazione ma quando mi son presentata al giorno concordato per l'operazione, me l'avavano segnato come visita e quindi, dato il tempo insufficiente, abbiamo dovuto rimandare. La seconda volta, a due giorni prima dell'operazione, mi chiamano per dirmi che questa operazione a Torino non si può fare con questo chirurgo (e come mai mi aveva dato lui stesso appuntamento a Torino per questa data?) e che devo riprendere un terzo appuntamento o a Milano, o a Torino ma con un altro chirurgo in un altra data. Lavorando su appuntamenti anch'io, non sono più potuta stare dietro alla loro disorganizzazione. Onestamente ci sono rimasta molto male. Fino a quì tutto perfetto, la signora con cui ho parlato al telefono è stata davvero molto gentile e ha cercato di agevolarmi avendo un braccio ingessato. Sono arrivata all'appuntamento con 10m di ritardo e mi sono dovuta subire un turpiloquio davvero importante dalla signora che mi ha fatta "accomodare"( persona diversa da quella con cui mi ero messa d'accordo) e per "punizione" hanno fatto passare un altro paziente al posto mio(onestamente potevano anche farne passare tre di persone,non mi cambiava proprio niente). Per carità, colpa mia il ritardo di ADDIRITURA 10m ma onestamente essere trattati come il peggior criminale della storia mi sembra eccessivo ,se non fosse stata un'urgenza, da cliente pagante, me ne sarei andata. Non contenta, la signora che mi ha accolta, si lamenta del fatto che avessi l'impegnativa sul telefono, nonostante avessi preso accordi ben precisi con la segretaria. Prognosi? E chi lo sa mi hanno consegnato i risultati senza nemmeno sapere un possibile da farsi da nessuno...Consigliato?Come centro diagnostico in cui fare radiografie forse,per il resto direi di no I booked an overview by telephone with Dr. Carnazza, recommended by my trusted dentist, in a very very short time. Not happy, the lady who welcomed me complains that I had the referral on the phone, despite having made very specific arrangements with the secretary. Prognosis? And who knows they gave me the results without even knowing what to do with anyone ... Recommended? As a diagnostic center in which to take x-rays perhaps, for the rest I would say no

Visita non soddisfacente con subito proposta di interbenti in cliniche private ed esami in strutture private. Non ho avuto che impressione di business sulla s mia salute. Tempi di attesa lunghi. Secretariat unable to manage appointments and invoices. The doctor who visited me proposes visits from colleagues in the study which are also pathologies. An unsatisfactory visit with an immediate proposal for interventions in private clinics and exams in private facilities. I have not had that business impression on my health. Long waiting times.
