Penolazzi e' arrivato oltre l' orario di chiusura (chiusura ore 18,30 come da orario esposto ).La sua vettura era parcheggiata a un isolato dall' officina,dopo l' intervento il Sig. Penolazzi e' stato invitato a presentarsi il giorno dopo a ritirare la ricevuta fiscale,comunicando i propri dati in quanto l' officina era gia' chiusa ( lo stiamo ancora aspettando, la ricevuta fiscale e' in officina ).Per quanto riguarda il prezzo di 15,00 euro ( 12,30 +2,70 di iva 22% ) e' calcolato non solo nei minuti dell' intervento ma vengono considerati i costi di un attivita' commerciale (imu ,tasi,spese di gestione,insegna , suolo pubblico,passo carraio,corsi di aggiornamento,attrezzatura ,stipendi,ecc. ecc. ). Se il Sig. Penolazzi pensava di ottenere una prestazione gratuita lo consigliamo di di comperarsi la necessaria attrezzatura e magari mettere in rete i suoi dati e foto che tutti possano riconoscerlo e usufruire del suo servizio a sforzo 0,difficolta' 0 e costi zero. Sforzo 0, difficoltà 0, tempo 3 minuti. Alla mia richiesta di sconto la risposta è stata che era fuori orario (alle 18.30?) e che l'aci fa pagare 80 euro. Avete avuto i vostri 15 euro senza fatica, in compenso non mi vedrete mai più e se qualcuno mi chiede gli sconsiglierò di andare. ---- 20/06/16 Leggo ora il commento di risposta e constato che oltre ad essere disonesti sono pure bugiardi perché la mia macchina era a 10 metri dall'ingresso dell'officina, sullo stesso isolato, e della fattura neanche mi hanno fatto accenno, pura invenzione la disponibilità a ritirarla il giorno dopo. Senz'altro, come ho già detto, la prossima volta farò da solo o mi rivolgerò a gente onesta, di sicuro non verrò da voi. B	Barbara P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema di surriscaldamento del motore ho portato la mia macchina 3 volte in 6 mesi dal mio meccanico di fiducia che ha "tentato" anche con sostituzione di pezzi 3 interventi ma senza risolvermi il problema. Su consiglio di una mia amica ho portato l'auto all'officina Bacchini nonostante non fossi cliente e non avessi prenotato ho trovato cortesia e disponibilità e dopo una scrupolosa indagine hanno subito trovato e risolto il problema. Molto professionali e competenti esperienza più che positiva. I had an engine overheating problem I took my car 3 times in 6 months to my trusted mechanic who also "tried" with replacement of parts 3 interventions but without solving the problem. On the advice of a friend of mine, I took the car to the Bacchini workshop, even though I was not a customer and hadn't booked, I found courtesy and availability and after a thorough investigation they immediately found and solved the problem.
