Ho letto in alcune recensioni che lo studio suggeriva di insistere con il telefono nel caso non rispondessero. Oggi avrò fatto 200 telefonate (non per scherzo) e il numero è risultato sempre occupato oppure le poche volte che risultava libero scattava la segreteria. Vedo che sulle recensioni lo studio ha la risposta pronta. Come si fa a contattarvi? Allego la foto delle telefonate per far vedere che non sto mentendo. Sonia la segretaria è super efficiente e paziente nonostante sia costantemente bombardata da visite e telefonate. Avrebbe bisogno di un valido aiuto. Quando ti rispondono ti dicono un attimo e poi ti mettono in attesa finché non cade la linea. Ho chiamato 10 volte in un'ora, mi hanno risposto a due chiamate di attendere e poi alla fine dopo un'attesa eterna si è chiusa la chiamata. Se volete perdere tempo scegliete questo studio. Sono appena santo ora ed una segretaria lì presente ha detto (toccando il telefono con L ‘indice mettendo in modalità on), che la linea è sempre libera. Ebbene la linea era magicamente libera. La dottoressa è in pensione da stamane e altri 3 medici lo sono a distanza di poche settimane mesi da oggi. Pazzesco. Esco indignato e provo a richiamare sulle scale dello studio il medesimo numero… e nuovamente staccato. Viva l’Italia della Mutua!!! Chiudete per cortesia per sempre! Rilevo tuttavia che la segreteria appare sottodimensionata rispetto al volume di chiamate, poiché è realmente difficoltoso - se non impossibile - prendere la linea. Oltre a non poter - di fatto - contare su eventuali indicazioni terapeutiche, l'inaccessibilità al servizio comporta altresì che, con una certa frequenza, si debba rinunciare all'esenzione medica e ricorrere all'uso di ferie/permessi non retribuiti. Dopo due (2) anni durante i quali si è deciso che in determinati casi non ci si può recare in studio, sarebbe opportuna un'implementazione delle risorse per la gestione dei contatti mail e telefonici.
